La Michoacana PLUS -Fresno

First time trying I wasnt sure what to try. So i tried the Sandia i think it was ice cream, and chocolate and Capuccino ice cream. They both were ok. Two two scoop bowls for about $13. A plus was they werent that sweet. They did have a wall of photos of ideas to order.

La Michoacán's Plus is and excellent Mexican ice cream parlor. There is also a La Michoacán's Premium. Both parlors are excellent. The variety of flavors are excellent. Great friendly service. The menu is diverse with a great selection of different treats. The ice cream is made from milk. Others are made with water. They can make ice cream cones, milk shakes, banana splits ad great smoothies. There are also wonderful fresh fruit treats that are delicious. Tonight we are having Mangoladas with lots of mango, pineapple and other great tasting fruit. Lime juice and chamoy (spicy) sauce that makes the fruit so delicious. We love this tasty treat. The ice cream is amazing. Very smooth, creamy and tasty. My favorites are vanilla, coconut, strawberry and queso. They are so wonderful! You will want to come back frequently. The palettes (popsicles) come in a variety of flavors too! Try this today. Door Dash will deliver right to your door. Yummy!

So expensive and not even good. I ordered them that is Keita with the hot Cheetos and he had no flavor any her a lot of water in the bottom tasted disgusting we also order other mangonadas and diablitos but definitely NOOO!

Came here for the first time and did not like how they didn't have things organized and not clean. I also came across a cockroach by the ice cream. Definitely not coming back.

The store doesn't have their prices listed just products they sell . I ordered 1 Regular Mangonada $10.99 and 1 Grande $14.07 , after taxes it was $26.11 for 2 . Their website has the prices listed saying the Regular is $6.50 and the large $7:90 . As well as grub hub and DoorDash showing customer photos with a chalkboard menu pics at $11 for a grande . Did I just get screwed ? The prices are inaccurate. Why not just post the current price of your items so us customers can decide what we want to spend getting sticker shock at the cash register. Almost $30 for 2 ice creams is ridiculous. I'm glad didn't bring the whole family . Lol . The ice cream was good but probably won't be back .

Horrible customer service! When we got there I order some ice cream for my two nephews and my son. I had to step out to take a doctor's phone call. My mom had her hands full with the three kids specially the baby. She ask the lady if she can please get some Nachos. She responded by saying "I am not your waitress!" That's uncalled for and bad customer service no wonder they hardly have any clientele specially with that type of attitude and disposition. My mom is the type of person that likes to tip well she wasn't asking for a free service. We will take my business elsewhere.

put too much cucumber/ pork skin and ONLY tapatio/ lime way too little bit. SO DISAPPOINTED. Ask this person for EVERYTHING that all I got.There few missing that need to be add mango and tamarind candy, chamoy!! This happen twice so won't stop by this place anymore. #Tostilocos

eccountered a roach near the seating areas?? Kinda concerning... Icecream was okay, but kind of expensive compared to what they listed on multiple delivery apps as well as the site, and I know im not the only one thinking this. Not sure if I would come back, I visited a while ago and decided to write this today as I just created an account.

I was trying to hold on review, but this is the 3rd time I come to try their shakes and they always out of something, to be out of milk on one of those days being next to a grocery store just speaks don't really care about customer service.. also they never answer the phone..
