La Michoacana Ice cream and Delights

Yum! Everytime I head to LB, I try to direct my shopping trip to somehow land at La Michoacana for a chance to try something new off their menu.Located in the same plaza as Savemart off E Pacheco Blvd, La Michoacana (LM) focuses on tasty snacks and desserts. From a variety of paleta flavors (churro one is bomb), to mangonadas, tostilocos, and more, LM will be sure to satisfy your cravings whether sweet or savory.Personally as a non-Spanish speaker, I get intimidated/shy asking questions about things on the menu, but from my experiences here, this is NOT the case! To clarify, the customer service here is great - the workers are happy to explain what some items are. Definitely going to keep stopping by here whenever I'm in LB; so worth the trip out.

Love this Mexican Ice Cream Spot. The service is great, and they are willing to answer any questions you have. There is no seating, so ice cream and all is to-go. I'm obsessed with their AÇAÍ BOWLS!! I love them! Strawberries, Banana, Blueberries, granola - exactly what I have been craving. They have an array of flavors that range throughout the seasons. Highly recommend if you're looking for something sweet and delicious! It's worth the price considering they make everything from scratch!

This place is the best and family owned. All the ice cream in the tubes are made right there in the back. My new best flavor is Nanche also known as Nancy Fruit or Hogberry. The texture is probably that of an Apricot but the taste is unexplainable but so good.If you want great service and a great experience go on in. You will be wowed by all the other selections as well. They make fresh sweet Crapes as well, milkshakes, and Slushies.

Stopped by the Dos Palos location yesterday ,Fast service and great options to choose from. Will be going back again.

I been here a couple of times, also been twice at the Madera ca by La Vallarta. In my opinion To many chances. I ordered the "Esquite" 1/5 because of the can corn n the portion "Yogurt popsicle" w/a slice of kiwi n a piece of can peach 1/5."Jamaica popsicle" 1/5 it was pale and needed more jamaica. All I could taste was sugar water. I also had Tostilokos twice cause it's hard to miss right! 2/5.My husband and son had ice cream a couple of times. Not my favorite it tasted like fridge if you know what I mean eww no thanks!Overall everything I had or tasted is not good n they also overpriced.

I had the small elote, it was scrumptious and filling! Also, this place has some of the best ice cream I have eaten (namely paletas). The cookies & cream and coconut flavors are so delicious and fresh! They use delicious ingredients. There were two huge Oreos in the cookies & cream flavor. The customer service was great; there was a young man who helped us, very polite and helpful. This place gave us a deal, we received a few bucks off since we ordered more than 10 paletas. We ordered two small elotes and 12 paletas, total was $41. All in all, great place, you should definitely check it out!

When we walked in there was nobody there. We were in the store for about 4 minutes before someone walked out form the back. We got about 6 popsicles. They were just ok except the Peacan one. That one is the best. The only thing that would make me go back is if Food for less was all out of the Pecan ice creams in the box.

Excelent service! Love that you can sample Las aguas fresca. Love the frutas and coco they are amazing.

Was driving back to the bay from the Central Valley and wanted a mid road trip snack. We are fans of La Michoacana paletas at Costco. This is not the same brand but they do not disappoint!!! They had such a wide selection from tostilocos to elote to ice cream and shaved ice. We ordered 2 mangoeladas, elote and a paletas. It was all so yummy! Wish it was closer to where we live.

Mi esposa ordenó una crepa y le salió con premio! Mientras le picoteaba con el tenedor, miró algo moviéndose con la esquina de su ojo. Prendió la luz de la cocina y se encontró un bicho trastero arriba de la zarzamora! 5 estrellas por que le encantó el sabor de su crepa con to' y oruguita!
