This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. We started the process on Sept 4th, 2019 and I'm still waiting on one more pull out toward, after reading this I doubt the company will finish. My biggest complaint is communication, I would call owner as to when something was going to be done and he would never call me back. At the beginning everything I asked for was a yes, and then after I paid it was, we can't do that specific thing you want. I had to compromise on some things. Contractors would show up without anyone telling me they were coming. I have to say that the work the contractors did was good, but the company itself is not. Patricia Jimenez

Multiple issues. 1. I gave them the square footage they agreed to refund me... Didn't.2. Employee spoke English but when there was a problem that needed to be resolved. Nothing.3. Rude. I tried to be civil they were not hearing it at all.4. Product arrived one week late... fabricators charged me for being late.Friendly in the beginning but really was a horrible experience.

Beware of this business. They did not complete their work on our contract and sent 3 contracts to our home who were unprofessional and sloppy. Now I have to pay 3 times more than I paid them under contract to fix what damage their contractors did. The last contractors were sweet talking to the women in the house and slammed me out of more than $3600. I called and told them that I wanted them to give me my money back for what we paid the tile person and they told me that they had no business with those contractors anymore, but yet an hour later they called me and gave me the name and address of those contractors. They are Bravo Construction and beware of this business too. I would rate this business with 0 stars but Yelp wants at least 1 star. I am sure they are partners with Bravo and will RIP you off the first chance they get.

The customer service here is great as well as the wide variety of home improvement goods at a price much lower than other stores I've been to.

Terrible customer service. I was guaranteed my order would arrive in 1 week but it took them about 1 month for it to be delivered. When I went to pick up my items they were apparently short staffed so I had to load up my own purchase and I was not given any apology from any salesperson.

I really loved my tile we choose but what I didn't liked was that they didn't took the time to call me when the tile arrived, smh.

I ordered a kitchen from them March 3,2020 and was suppose to get someone to get measurements before install then COVID 19 came into effect and no courtesy call or anything from owner. They have already been paid from the financing bank and have been charging me the monthly fees, but still no kitchen and no answer or response from owner. The bank has called them as well no answer. Now phase 3 has begun and this business is still not open!!!

Terrible service! Bought tile and prepaid for installation service in early February and was told they would come measure the next day. I never received a call and they never showed. I called multiple times with no answer and could not leave a message because their voicemail was not set up. Finally 3 weeks later I was able to get ahold of someone that said my material was in and they would be coming that weekend for installation saying that someone would contact me by Thursday to set up a time. Of course, no one called me and the work was not complete. I tried calling and calling with no answer or response. They outed me of $1300 without giving me the material or completing the work! 3 weeks later the emergency shelter in place order went into effect and I still cannot get ahold of the business. This place will steal your money and not complete their work! We contacted the other casa de Ceramica locations that say they have no affiliation with this business and said they had several complaints about this business but unfortunately they were under different ownership and could not help me! All businesses are operating and this place is still refusing to contact their paying customers to complete work that was paid for! DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS! It's a SCAM! THEY ARE THIEVES!

This place is a scam! My mom bought too much material to remodel our restroom and when she went to return it they said they can only refund 70% of what she paid for and they would need to keep 30%. They never explained that to her when she was buying the material and had her sign the receipt stating it was "for the payment," basically not acknowledging the return policy and taking advantage of the fact that she couldn't read or understand English. If I could give this place no stars I would.

Very overpriced... language barrier resulted in the wrong order. We speak enough Spanish to have general conversation but the saleswoman spoke only spanish so it was a challenge to understand the correct terminology for tile related words. We were contacted a week after we ordered that the tile we chose was on back order and would not be in until July which was way past our due date for the completion of our project. How is it that 1. They did not know this when we ordered and 2. It would take a week to tell us. We had to drive to Fresno from visalia to choose another color.. no discount or compensation for this plus we were charged 155.00 for delivery of our small order (we live in visalia and were told that the tile was going to come from their madera location). Many tiles were cracked when they arrived. We should have just gone to home depot.. HD had similar color and about 1/3 of the price... would never recommend this place to anyone...
