I thought the food was going to be good here because it was in crows landing the only decent area to get Mexican food in Modesto but the food was not good at all, the enchilada sauce tasted like it came from a can and the salsa was bland. Paid 60$ for nothing

Food is descent but portion size doesn't match the price. If you are going to charge $12.99 for a dinner pack on the beans and rice. It wasn't just me, everyone that I ordered for that day said the exact same thing.

I came for a capechana and it was all watered down tasted like the water you boil the shrimp in it taste straight like water no taste at all and also bought a quesadilla and I was a regular sized burrito tortilla something I could have made myself at home didn't even include sour cream nor lettuce on the side taco trucks hook it up and taste way more better than thisand it was all for about 30 something dollars it was pricy plus the wait time for a to go order took the longer I was there for approximately an hour waiting and not at all good I don't recommend

I was craving authentic Mexican food and this place hit the spot! Homemade corn tortillas and the coffee was hot and delicious with a lil hint of cinnamon. The machaca was so yummy with papas ! Definitely coming back!

We decided to give this place a try because we were craving a mojarra and just picked a spot on crows landing. It was dead in there yet server took a while to serve us. The horchata is ordered was the worst ive ever had it was fruity tasting (i feel like some of the jamica water got into it) and incredibly watered down not sweet AT ALL. Did not drink it and ordered a bottled soda instead after. The waiter came to take our order while she was casually talking on the phone with someone on speaker. Soooo unprofessional. Bf got the seafood molcajete he said was pretty good. My mojarra was ok but very little meat. The rice looked 3 days old and barely had any beans on the plate. I will definitely not return. Super disappointing. One star because my bfs dish was acceptable.

I/ we have been going there for the last several years. The karaoke is loud and fun. The food is true Mexican cuisine and delicious. The service is good. It is a family run business. And the workers will even laugh and dance with us. After 8 pm. On the weekend it things get going. Spanish is primarily spoken.

Went here for my brothers birthday party of 18ppl you figured they would have at least 2 waiters for the restaurant they only had 1. We had to keep waving her over to get refills or buckets of beer. Food is ok nice thing about it was they provide a cake for your birthday reservation. They have live band on Friday and Sunday but they should lower the speakers you can't hear anything anyone is saying because of how loud the music is.

Went in today to grab 2 Pozole's to go, come home and it's only broth and harmony AKA (granno) And a bone with no meat..the second had only 4 tiny pieces of meat 90% harmony that andvthe rest was just broth.VERY unsatisfied, Iwill never return.. We also traveled from Rippin specifically to this location ... very disappointed.

Absolutely terrible. First off this "torta" consists of bread, dry meat, 2 slices of red onion, jalapeños and wilted lettuce. No condiments, no cheese, NO ANYTHING! And this is with supposably "everything" included. What? I can only imagine what their normal torta has. The sandwich is beyond bland. I've had salads tastier than this. Second, they want to charge you an extra dollar for salsa. Ridiculous. And last, the chips were so stale! Huge disappointment and a horrible example of how delicious Mexican food can be. Never eating here again.
