Came in for a quick bite to eat. Ordered the asada fries. Two people ahead of me, so it took a few minutes for the order and my partner got his torta before me. Basic food taste.

The staff are very rude. Cashier will tell you better order fast because my register is going to automatically in a minute although the restaurant won't close in the next 30 minutes. One cashier will tell you we don't have vinagre or carrots although is right behind her just because she is lazy get them for you.

Such AWFUL service not worth coming AT ALL We waited in line for almost 30 minutes (this was our second time in line) and by the time we got to the front a cashier told us to leave and we said well we waited 30 minutes and she replied "if you don't like it here leave" and had an awful bad attitude I don't recommend coming here unless you want poor service.

Very poor service! I'm from the town so we used to frequent this place a lot. But the quality of the food has deteriorated over the last 6 or so years. But the bread is still good which is why we go. So tell me why the wouldn't sell to us? Mom arrived and ordered some bolio and she ordered and paid, no problem. I was behind her in line and I get up the register and the man won't sell to me. Dismisses me completely and says we don't have anymore. Which I get happens but we had called he day before to see if they would have any fresh so we could order them in advance. And we were told we couldn't place orders because they were having competition from other taco vendors and didn't want to sell the bolios in fear of them being sold to the competition. The young lady we spoke to suggested to us that two people go in and place individual orders. So that's what we did but clearly it didn't work. I ask you what food establishment could run off 10 pieces of bread? Very poor service!

The asada tortas here are so good. Huge tasty and I will definitely return. Called my order in ahead and it was ready in time!

Ordered asada fries, worst asada fries I've ever had. Covered in some cheap yellow cheese fries looked like they were from a frozen bag. Very little amount of meat, probably one tiny taco's worth. I'll never go back again

Really disappointed. We have been coming here for years even though it is not near our home. They had wonderful food and mexican bread. Their red sauce was wonderful, but not anymore.First of all, the girl behind counter was treading water! What the heck? She wasn't answering phone to take orders. She was very slow in bagging bread and taking order. Bread with cream cheese and jalapeño was hard and missing chiles. Cake part of jelly roll is different. Is owner not making bread anymore? Not the same flavors. Tacos asada: okTacos pastor: were my favorite, but dayum they put mostly white onion in my tacos that fell apart. I may have seen a pinch of cilantro. Tacos de tripa/tripe: hubby gets cabbage on them. He said they were not very good.Torta de asada: it was smaller than usual. Bread not as good.Burrito de pastor: my half had some meat and beans. Hubby's half had meat and rice. It tasted ok.They have seating outside, but it was too hot and ate in car with air running.

La Barca Bakery has really good food. My family and I have been coming to this little whole in the wall restaurant for some time. However, the service there is horrible. The cashiers have terrible customer service and attitude. One time we got kicked out because they were supposedly closing soon. It wasnt even 9PM yet. They wanted to leave work early I guess. Food is great customer service big thumbs down!

The nastiest place in town with the worst customer service. The cashier exact words you don't like my attitude don't come. We are from out of town and this place was recommended for their bolillo. The bolillo is good I do have to say that, but not worth coming to receive nasty attitude. The people in line commented on the bad service. Stay away, in times like COVID we try to help small businesses, but it's hard to promote a place with bad service.

La Barca use to be delicious but now it is disgusting. You ask for no Chile on your food and they still put it in your meal. I ordered a torta de asada and found pieces of tripas in it as well. I don't mind the tripas but I didn't ask for it. I don't recommend this place to anyone, unless you are really hungry.
