Our while experience has been terrible. They installed a dishwasher for my parents, but it never worked correctly, so we contacted the company asking for repairs. After several weeks of back and forth, the repairman came out and ordered parts to replace it. Parts were backordered, which I understand is not their fault, but we were never informed or updated, and had to rely on calling daily, then weekly, to get any info at all. Finally the repairman said he would come by on a given date, then didn't show. Called every few days & finally got a response a while month later. Scheduled again. No show again. Currently on hold with the company to get more answers, hopefully, but the entire process has been completely unprofessional and I would never go through this company again. Such a hassle.

We were so pleased with the whole process. We needed a counter depth refrigerator because of the configuration of our kitchen in our new home. We visited their shoeroom, was immediately greeted and then assisted. Preston really accommodated our schedule and came out to measure the space. It took two weeks to get on their schedule but the guys that came out were professional and friendly. Our new fridge looks great. A+!

We are enjoying our wonderful fireplace. Preston was so helpful to show us our options and help us select the perfect gas fireplace insert for our situation. Kia and Garrett were excellent installers. They were very patient and careful with a complicated installation. Completed job looks so nice. We couldn't be more pleased with our product and service.

We purchased a Jenn Air range from Kustom Kitchens. They delivered and installed it in less than a week. During installation our granite countertop had to be trimmed and several other modifications made and the work was done meticulously. I highly recommend Kustom Kitchens for the selection of quality merchandise but especially for their excellent installation.

Anson helped us select our new range and hood. I like to cook and was looking for a high end range but our budget was tight. After talking to Anson about my situation he recommended a Thermador 36" range with a 1200 CFM inline blower for the hood. Since my budget was tight he sold us the floor model at a large enough discount that we could afford the hood.The installers were very professional. We have new hardwood floors and his team were very careful not scratch them or our walls. I would strongly recommend them. In response to Joe F. I did not know they had a woman sales person. Is he sure she was not an interior designer working with her client?If you are tight on time call ahead for an appointment that is what I did.

I bought Majestic Fireplace from these guys for a house I was building. Great group of guys. Lots of very nice displays that helped me make a good choice.

Preston helped my wife and I choose all new appliances four our kitchen. He spent a lot of time explaining the functions on several different models and looking for an oven that would fit correctly in our space. If you are looking for any type of kitchen appliance, give Kustom Kitchens a call.

I was very happy with Anson's help-he was a great listener and showed me a number of options for what I was looking for. Hoping to do business with them!I was a walk in but an appointment is probably a good idea.

This company posted an ad on OfferUp for a used barbecue island. I contacted them and asked if the item could be delivered for an additional fee. They requested $100 to deliver and I agreed. I told them I would come that day and pay. Later, I was contacted and advised to wait to pay until they could secure a delivery date. After several days passed with no word, I contacted them back and was told the item was sold to someone else and, "Sorry for the inconvenience."

Well, it's been about 2 years since our remodel was completed. And much has happened. First, the general contractor no longer works directly for KK. He has his own company, and they do excellent general contracting work. I highly recommend him.Now, the second part... We purchased "high-end" appliances that were "demos" including two Gaggenau dishwashers, a Thermador double convection wall oven and a new Induction cooktop. We also purchased a "lower end" Frigidaire counter-depth fridge and freezer. Ironically, the only appliances that we haven't had to have service calls for have been the Frigidaire brand. Based on experience thus far, I would never purchase a Thermador product again. They are grossly overpriced and unreliable at best. Some of the performance gimmicks that sold us initially have long since lost their shine. We are now past the warranty period, and are dreading the bill for the next service call.Anyway, we have learned yet again that more money invested does not necessarily equate to better quality and reliability.
