Mark Kotenkoff and his company exceeded our expectations! His workers were very friendly. They did an amazing job on our kitchen backsplash. We even allowed them creativity which gave us the look we could have only dreamed of! Great job!

Forever grateful for the work the team did on our granite countertop that needed to be replaced involuntarily. They did a smooth job in removing the granite and installing a replacement one. Very personal and trustworthy service and continued communication throughout the journey. Highly recommend.

Installed beautiful granite and a backsplash for me. The design on the granite was cut perfectly to accent the special parts of the granite. The men that came to install were very kind and cleaned up so well when they left. Owner Mark also communicated so well with me and I never felt out of the loop. Highly recommend.

You definitely get what you pay for with these folks. I hired Mark (who assigned Larry) to do tile work in my bathroom and laundry area. They quoted me a price that was cheaper than everyone else by a mile, but like I said, you DEFINITELY get what you pay for. The staff is very difficult to get a hold of, and my project was delayed and eventually pushed back by nearly a month. When the work was completed, I noticed SEVERAL instances of uneven tile spacing, lippage issues, bizarre cuts, patchy/crumbly grout, and PILES of grout in the corners and slathered on the walls (I have since learned caulking should have been used in certain places, so now I have cracking grout to look forward to). To Mark's credit, he did try to make things right by sending Larry back out to redo some work. Larry blamed the quality of the work on my choice of tile and claimed that the grout on the walls shouldn't be a problem since I'm going to be painting/wallpapering anyway (gee- thanks). He ended up redoing some of the work (not all of the issues that I pointed out) in the bathroom, but unfortunately where one problem was fixed, more were created (gouges in in the wall from where they tried to chisel off the old stuff, missing grout all the way down to the subfloor, new lippage issues, etc.). At this point I'm just so over dealing with these people and would rather that they not create more problems by trying to slap a sloppy bandaid on their already sloppy work. Tl;Dr: If you don't mind sloppy work, these are your guys. They are dirt cheap, but they don't care about the details and won't bother to consult you if they hit a roadblock. If you want good quality work, hire someone else because these guys don't use best practices.
