Kingsburg Vision Care did a great job testing my vision, determining what type of lens I need, and helping pick the glasses I wanted. They went above and beyond making sure the glasses I chose were the ones I liked. Originally I ordered the wrong frames, and the staff including Paz & Claudia, were nice enough to return them for the ones I preferred. Thank you.

Honestly .. best eye care I have every had ! This DR. Knows what she is doing, I am a cornea patient. This doctor had recommended i get a scleral contact lens, witch is for individuals who have had a cornea transplant or cataract surgery. after doing research and getting approval from my primary surgeon DR. He definitely gave me the approval, to go thru with the (Scleral lens).... long story short I can finally see clear again! Thinking to myself I would never be able to see out of my transplant eye again ... definitely recommend this place to all Cornea Transplant patients.

This was probably the longest eye appointment I had ever been to. Waited 2 hours to see the actual doctor, and was told I needed bifocals. I proceeded to get 1 pair of regular glasses, and 1 pair of sunglasses where the price was jacked up a couple hundred due the progressive lense ($338)! When I left and looked at my receipt I saw so many extra charges that brought my total up to around $700. I went back for a refund, and asked for a prescription to take to costco. This doctors office credibility went downhill when I went to costco after being told that the prescription was for reading glasses! The doctors office was called and asked to fax the accurate prescription over so that I could get it filled. I then find out I never even needed bifocals (never have an issue reading, but my issue is seeing distance)! But, even if I did need bifocals the highest cost would have been only around 120 lol talk about robbery from the doctors office. As a result, I walked out of costco with 1 pair of designer glasses and a pair of sunglasses for under $300. Same brands there and same great quality. Stay very clear of this office!

I was scheduled for an eye doctor appointment at 10:45 I wasn't seen until 11:40. Until after I said something the lady in the front desk stated that I will be seen shortly. The lady in the front said she was going to add in another patient to be seen which added to the wait time. Very unprofessional and not considerate of others time.

The doctor herself is very nice. The lady in tue front who answers the phone is very very rude. I have signed up for the text messages but don't receive them for some reason so I called to see if my glasses were ready and the girl who answers the phones had an attitude and acted like I was bothering her. She said we sent you a text and I told her I didn't receive the text and she spoke to me like I was lying. Then when I finally got my glasses the lenses were scratched! After paying a lot of money for them! I called and spoke to the same girl and told her that my glasses that I just picked up were scratched and she was rude and said well we gave you a cleaning cloth and I said what? I did clean them but cleaning them won't make the scratches go away. She sighed like I was annoying her then told me to bring the glasses back in so they can see what is going on. I never went back in. I took my prescription to a place and paid more money for a new pair. But I would rather he out money than deal with such a rude and unprofessional place like Kingsburg Vision Care. I will NEVER go back to this place and I will not be taking my 3 kids back here either. They lost 4 patients all because of rude and unprofessional staff.

Great service! My husband got cut in the eye with a sago Palm frond. No one would see him as it was Friday afternoon and were told to go to ER. Finally called Dr Bonander. He too had already left his office. Even Though my husband's was not his patient, he was willing to go back to office to see him. DR Bonander took care of him and he's all healed with no damage to his eye. Dr. Bonander has gained another patient!
