KidsPark - Fresno

I was so hopeful after reading the reviews, however I was severely disappointed with our experience at KidsPark! I brought my two children in ages 8 and 2 a couple Saturdays ago. I registered them as it was our first time and everything seemed fine until I was called not even 15 minutes later to come get my 2 year old because they said he required a 1:1 and they were not equipped. When I asked why my son needed a 1:1 the older lady stated that he was trying to escape, which was really confusing to me since you would think the center would be child proof. Also, my son is on the spectrum and needs a little time to warm up and get used to his surroundings. I told the lady I would be right there.When I arrived back my son was playing nicely with a school bus all alone while all the other kids did activities together! That made me really sad but mostly angry... When we got in the car I asked my daughter what happened! She told me that the ladies were just standing around on their phones and were not trying to help my son. She also stated that he had only been wandering around for a few minutes before finding a toy and settling down to play.I felt so disappointed in the staff because they clearly didn't take the time to get to know my son and help him get comfortable in a new place! I didn't buy the BS line she spouted out about not being able to provide 1:1 care when all the other kids were engaged and one of them could have easily taken time to help my little guy get adjusted before calling the owner Susie who immediately sent him home after 10/15 minutes! Thankfully I was just across the street at Trader Joe's.As someone who has their MA in special education and has been working with children for 21 years I wasn't expecting a high quality preschool program, I was just hoping for a few hours of reprieve for this tired Mama! What I got instead was a $50 bill, shame for my son not being allowed to stay, and a whole lot of frustration! If your child has special needs I would seriously consider going elsewhere! Perhaps their Mon-Fri program has higher quality teachers who actually care instead of burnt out old ladies who'd rather sit on their phones counting down the hours until they can close up shop! Either way we will not be back! Such a complete waste of money, time, and energy!

I came across kids park online when I saw they were offering a Valentine's Day party! I called and got all the information and the lady over the phone was very friendly and welcoming. I decided to check it out today and my whole mindset changed. Upon walking in I was not really greeted and it was a little awkward moment when I walked up to ufsana who was at check in. She wasn't warm and welcoming and I told her it was my first time and she just seemed like she was lost in her own world. I observed the place and there were about 4 kids in there and all of them were in front of the tv! None of the kids were playing and didn't seem like they were having a good time. Ufsana didn't even try to make me feel comfortable leaving the kids and continuing with the registration process. I changed my mind and decided this place was not for my kids! In my opinion I think this place could use some upgrades and better teachers! I've noticed all the previous reviews were a few years old and I wanted to share my recent experience with parents that were considering kids park!

After experiencing the San Jose Kids Park I really didn't know what to expect. When I walked into this Fresno location it was so much nicer and more inviting. This location had a better adult to kid ratio as well. They will call you if ANYTHING happens. My son tripped over a slide and they called me and told me right away. There is also a security guard outside on the property walking around which made me feel a lot better as they didn't have that in the San Jose location. I would 100/10 recommend this Fresno location. Super clean, nicely decorated/put together, and very friendly staff.

I was iffy about doing the whole day care thing , but this place made me feel very comfortable! They are super loving with the kids and my boys love it there ! They are always excited to go , and the best part is the art work they do truly thankful for all the worker's there.

I have taken all 3 kids of mine to this location since each turned 2. My son is 7 and twins are 3 and they all love it. My twins attend the montessori program they have in the morning and absolutely ait. They create art each day to bring home and have learned and grown up so much because of the wonderful organization and staff at this site. Nothing but high praise for the experience my family and I have had.

We have been using for years and have loved it as we don't have family nearby and don't have a sitter. But on 4/1/24, the hours changed. They now close at 8pm on Friday and Saturday. That does not work for date nights. So just for that reason they lost a customer. Seems like a better business plan would be to raise prices especially for evenings.

Kidspark- Fresno is a gem! We started bringing our daughter here right when she turned 3 when Kinder Care didn't work out for us with her catching every virus and then still having to pay even when she wasn't able to attend. Kidspark offers pay by the hour and this ended up being the perfect fit for our family. The preschool program in the mornings is high quality education with a well thought out curriculum. Miss Shelby the main preschool teacher is amazing. She is caring and has years of preschool experience that shows in her teaching. Our daughter comes home every day happy with tons of adorable crafts. I feel like kidspark's preschool program is doing an excellent job of preparing her for the transition into kindergarten soon. Kidspark is also open late and on weekends! All of the teachers are so sweet and caring. I would recommend kidspark-fresno location to any family in the area!

I highly recommend KidsPark. My grandkids go there and they love it. So many fun things for them to do. The older ones love playing on "the mountain". The teachers are friendly and interact well with the children. My granddaughter celebrated her 5 th birthday there. The activities were well planned and fun for all the ages. I wish KidsPark had been around when my kids were small.

We were so excited to hear this place was opening up! Right when our son turned 2 we put them straight in. Being a very protective mom I had a hard time at first. But after the first day my kids absolutely loved it! Which made it easier to come back. The staff are wonderful with our kids! I get txt with pictures showing me how they're doing and how much fun they're having. They are so involved with the kids while they are there and always leave wanting more. They personally get to know your kids and become buddies! I never worry when I drop them off cause I know they will have a great time!

My 4 and 5 year old sons absolutely love this place. we highly recommend this place. We have an older son who plays football Friday nights during the season and this place allows us to watch the game without the hassle of little kids. win win for everyone.
