Great place to burn out the kids and pass by time! My kids had an absolute blast here! For 2 kids it's around $30 and it's all day! Each kid can be accompany by one adult for free. So no charge for adults! They can play all day long with the pass. So we got to play a little bit, leave for lunch, and the. Come back to play some more. No shoes into the play area. There are bins they give you for your shoes and other belongings. The jungle gym area is quite big, and there is also a 3 and under jungle gym area with ball pit. There are plenty of seating indoors for attendees. Inside also have some bottled beverages, snacks, ice cream, and candies. They have a clean restroom located to the left after you enter inside the play area. Lockers are also available as well. No outdoor food allowed and only drinks in a bottled container can be taken inside so avoid spills.

Saw this place passing by before they officially opened and was just so excited to take our toddler. Located where IMAX theater used to be. We were at RP today during their Tamale throw down we decided to stop by just to check it out and we were planning on coming back another time. Didn't expect to stay only because it was a weekend and we thought it would be super packed. Arrived around 3:30 PM. There was a birthday party going on. And it was also open to the public. We were greeted as we entered the door, which was very nice and welcoming. Fun upbeat, music playing (kid appropriate/kids pop songs). One of the kind workers was talking to us and answered all of our questions. My daughter really wanted to stay so we ended up buying a ticket. They have a kiosk in the front available, and everyone has to sign a waiver, (everyone that comes in) even infants that are not participating. They also have the waiver forms online to be filled out for convenience. Before you enter the table/play area they have bins where you put your shoes in. The workers will buzz you on and out to enter/exit. The place is a sock only zone. You can bring your own socks or they have some available for purchase. Admission is good for the whole day. The kind worker literally said we could leave and take a nap or eat and come back until they close just as long as we have the receipt. The price is $19.90+tax per child and two adults gets in for free per child. Any additional adult is an extra charge. This place is a good size. Lots of fun obstacles that had me sweating trying to chase my toddler lol. They also have an area that's smaller for infants and toddlers, which comes with a ball pit . They have big Legos, two slides, slide with a car cart, a solar system room, a.k.a. dance room with laser strobe lights. Claw machines and motorcycle rides available but you would have to buy a rechargeable Play card to use. No outside food or drinks allowed but they do have a snack bar where you can purchase drinks and snacks. Lockers are available to put your belongings in. They have Birthday Party Packages minimum of 10 kids and they reserve three hours for you.We stayed here playing for about two hours. My daughter had a blast and so did my husband and I. I would love to host one of her birthdays here, one day. All of the staff we encountered was very kind and friendly. The place was clean and so were the restrooms. Highly recommend taking your kids here.

Had a wonderful experience here. We came in with a big group not really knowing what to expect. Everyone loved it. Went in, had a blast, left for lunch, came back and stayed until dinner time. Excellent service all around and everything is clean and in great condition. The little games are reasonably priced and the sled on rollers was a big hit. It's probably a ton of fun for parties, but on a rainy Thursday this excellent place made for a wonderful experience all around. I hope this place stays open for a good long time!!

This place is not a particularly safe space if your kid is under 9. They seem okay letting adults actually play in here. I'm not talking about parents following their kids for safety, I'm talking about 20 something's playing tag in there going full speed. We stayed about half an hour before bouncing. Management needs to step it up

We're a family of 5 and always have fun. Would go every day if we could! They have something for everyone and we can play separately or together. We will definitely get the punchcard next time. I only wish they served hot food but you can go eat and come back since it's an all day pass! The staff is extremely friendly as well, they are attentive if you bring any concerns to them always with a smile. Highly recommend!

we threw my sons first birthday party at this location and it turned out better than we could have imagined for us and our guests. Marissa was our party host and her and the whole team of associates killed it, they did a phenomenal job. They were there to set up everything and help out to make sure everything we needed through our time there was met to satisfaction. 10/10 would recommend this location and these lady's for any of your party's.

Larissa was so helpful and informative. My 1 1/2 year old son loved it in here. Will definitely be back

If I could give zero stars, I would. My 3-year-old autistic son, who loves Kidz Empire, had his birthday completely ruined because of the appallingly rude and unprofessional behavior of Jennie, the district manager. What should have been a joyful day turned into a nightmare, and all Kidz Empire provided for the $330 I paid was 3 tables--nothing more.I originally booked the party at the Clovis location but switched to Riverpark after speaking with Victoria. She informed me of several limitations: no helium for balloons, no mascot (Huggie), and non-functional pizza ovens. I had to agree to provide everything--food, drinks, decorations, cake, and party favors--but I proceeded only after being assured by Victoria that general admission guests could sit at my tables as long as they didn't eat or drink the party food. This was essential, and I wouldn't have booked otherwise.On the day of the party, I showed up with everything needed to make it special for my son. When guests began arriving, including those paying general admission, they were told they couldn't sit at the tables, breaking the agreement. When I tried to resolve the issue, Jennie was immediately rude and condescending, refusing to listen to reason.She demanded $40 per person--even for adults--just to sit at the tables, which was absurd. When I reminded her the price for adults was $15, she rudely dismissed me and refused to honor the agreement. I offered multiple compromises, including clearing a table specifically for general admission guests, but Jennie refused every single solution. Her tone was harsh, dismissive, and completely unprofessional.Ultimately, I had to cancel the party. Watching my son, who was so excited for his birthday, leave the venue kicking and screaming was absolutely heartbreaking. He didn't understand why his special day was ruined, and as a parent, it was devastating to see.I paid $330 for nothing but 3 tables. The lack of services, the broken promises, and, most of all, Jennie's rudeness and unwillingness to work with us made this one of the worst experiences I've ever had.If you're considering hosting a party here, think again. The staff is rude, they fail to honor agreements, and they provide next to nothing for the money they charge. What should have been a wonderful day for my son turned into a nightmare. Kidz Empire needs to seriously rethink their management and customer service.

The employees gave really good hospitality,great service and Larissa was really nice and friendly and helpful because of great service we will diffidently recommend and come back are selves thank you kids Empire

The tower thing that you fall down and try to not hurt yourself was the best! I loved it and also balancing beam was amazing!
