Kid Dreams

At first we thought it was a children's consignment store. We saw racks of clothes outside of the store that were on sale. Sale prices were $10 for each item (pants, shirts, dresses and shoes)The store was super cluttered and it was hard to walk through. Boys clothes were on the left and girl's clothes, bows, necklaces and other accessories were everywhere else. Everything was super cute but very pricey! A lot of shirts/pants/outfits weren't organized together and sizes weren't in order. It was really hard for me to really just look through because the racks would also be so tight. I felt quite overwhelmed with the overstock that was laid out all over the store. The lady in the store was nice. She was busy helping another customer though. The store was extremely cold which felt really nice on this hot day. The lights went out suddenly. The employee said it happens all the time... I decided to leave since I couldn't really see much. About 1 or 2 minutes later the lights came back on. I really wanted to like this store but the prices and the clutter was a turn off for me. I hope they organize, get a bigger store and lower the prices a bit. I would be back if that happened.

Person who opened the store-- and who probably owns the store-- was 15 minutes late to open the store. She saw my mother and I, with my baby in the stroller, looking through the window. I told my mom that they must have gone out of town or something and forgot to put the sign out that they would be gone. The lady said "I'm here." In a rude tone of voice. My mom asked her if she was opening the store and the lady rudely responds, "yeah!" No apology for opening later than the sign shows or anything. She gave us the dirtiest look as she grabbed items from her SUV. What happened to customer services? A simple sorry I'm late, something came up would have been much more appropriate than rudely speaking to customers. We left without ever going into the store. How rude... very sad.

Came here all the way from Sanger to find big note on the door CLOSED!! Really I drove 50 mins plus construction on highway 99 to see a closed sign. Last time I am coming here. Yes clothes are cute but overpriced and majority of stuff and brands you can buy directly off the internet for a cheaper price. I just like seeing it in person. I was not the only one who came to see this location was closed. Many people drove up and drove away. They are suppose to be open until 6pm today. Looks like there is no reason to be driving out of my way anymore. Never coming back.

I walked in this place and could hardly walk around in there. The lady came up to me and asked if I needed help and I told her I was just looking around but thank you. Then I felt like she was watching me as I looked around the store. I felt like I had to buy something because she thought I was going to steal or whatever but everything in the store was way to over priced, couldn't even buy a little bracelet because it was almost $50 when I can go to any other boutique and get the same bracelet for $10 the most. Prices are crazy, the lady made me feel uncomfortable, definitely not going back to that store.

I'll begin with the one and only redeeming quality of the place, which heavily contributed to one of the worst: the employees. Charming and as helpful as anywhere I've been they are sadly and clearly taken advantage of and hugely under appreciated. The owner displayed an almost open contempt for their best efforts in the midst of customers! As to the layout of the store, "Kid Nightmares" would be a far more accurate title. Horrendous product matched with equally horrendous prices are found in quantities and organization that call to mind an episode of Hoarders more than a retail store. I commend those who suffer through working here and can only hope they are able to advance to something better and leave this foul cesspool to its bitter end.

Sooo disappointed in this place! After recommendations from friends and family I thought this place would be awesome but it's a crapshoot of stuff.i felt claustrophobic the minute I walked in and the boys section is laughable. I live out of town so finally made it into the store to exchange pair of shoes,owner looked at me and said, "these were purchased in 2013" so? I know what that means? Granted it's been a year and a half and I understand not taking a return after that long but she was so rude and completely unapologetic about it.and you're still carrying the same style shoe!! I will definitely let my many friends and family with money to burn know that there are much better boutiques out there to shop at.

I wish I could give no stars. Only good thing this store has going is that they have cute clothes but are super over priced! The owner of this place horribly rude and mean!! No customer service what's so ever ! I've been here several times and every time I get the same awful service. I go back every time hoping the owner is not there but she is. I will never return to this store the owners attitude is just as ugly as her!

They are never open during their posted business hours. I tried 3 different times and they were closed each time! I also tried calling both numbers listed on their door and got no answer.

Horrible customer service. No one knows what's going on there. Clothes are dated and tacky.

Love this neighborhood store!!Always unique and special upscale clothing and gifts for children. This store has been around since my 25 year old daughter was born. However it was at a different location then. So glad it's closer to me now. Even though my daughter can't shop there anymore, I Enjoy getting baby announcements because it gives me an excuse to shop at Kid Dreams!!!They have a wonderful selection ! They carry brands you can't find at other stores in Fresno or Clovis. They take time with you and help put outfits together. Unlike any other store where the sales person is basically a cashier Shop Local. Shop Kid Dreams
