Went through the drive thru at this KFC today and wow...never coming back here again. It's got some ugly people, ugly service, and ESPECIALLY ugly food!! I got something so simple which was a famous bowl and disgusted doesn't even begin to describe how this place made me feel. Sorry not sorry

Do not buy from this kfc. Please just go somewhere else. They have some sorry ass people working and don't even cook the chicken all the way. My chicken was soggy and crumbs were everywhere. The coating were falling off the chicken. And worst of all they made us wait in the front of the store and completely forgot about or order. What a disaster ! Not going here ever again.

This is -0/10 review To the manager Daisy or the associate we cant tell who it was that allowed an employee to cuss out and be deliberately rude throw up signs and wanted to get aggressive with us i sincerely hope that you guys lose your job because you gave this location an awful name. $20 an hour to be disrespected? ATTITUDE unfortunately My last two visits have been VERY unpleasant. One day I purchased large mash & gravy, drove half way to my destination and realized they forgot my gravy, had to drive all the way back (I had my wisdom tooth pulled out so I really needed something soft) when I got there went through the drive through let the lady know what had happened, she did give me my gravy but when I politely asked if I could be compensated for having to make the drive back she said with an ATTITUDE "anything I can give you will take a wait of 15 min you want to wait 15 min ?????????" It's pretty obvious she got upset and had the intention of dissuading me from getting anything :/ I was still in discomfort and was not going to wait but I know she could have acknowledged that they made an error and it was only fair to compensate me for having to come back. I did take note of her name which is Dolores.Next visit I purchased two meals and when I drove up to the window I politely asked if she could charge me an extra individual Mac n cheese and she answered with an ATTITUDE "you need to drive around and order it" What ???? The item is pre-made and probably takes literally 2 seconds to add to my bag and charge me :/ To top it off, they forgot to give us our drinks but I was so annoyed by her response that by the time I realized it, I was half way home :/ (our fries were also at a temperature that they were almost cold) but I was not going to drive back just to get more attitude :/ Name on the receipt is Reba.It's unfortunate that good customer service is not priority for some because aside from these two incidents, the workers there were very nice and welcoming, yet these last two experiences have definitely left a bad "taste in my mouth", rather go somewhere else.

Manager "Monique" lacking in simple customer courtesy. Just plain rude. She said in a bad tone: NEXT TIME YOU TELL THEM YOU WANT BUTTER & HONEY WHEN YOU ORDER!Much more was said but why bother. She definitely did not want to be bothered. There definitely won't be a "next time ". If that wasn't bad enough the chicken was a soggy mess.

I went and picked up a meal deal. I got home to feed the kids and I got a greesy soggy mess of chicken. I called back the worker said to come back and get another bucket. I got back out in the rain and went and got another bucket only to get the exact same greesy soggy chicken. Disgusting! The employees are really trying, but there is no organization. It took over 20 min to get our order- there were a few people ahead of us but the workers were struggling. Luckily I overheard the manager asking why there where 2 tickets. They threw one ticket out. It was because I had the same name as the customer ahead of me & ordered similar items. I had to tell the other customer to check it before he took the bag (it was my order not his).

This KFC has bad service. The workers were mean, they didn't give us the right order, and they made us wait a long time but almost no one was ordering anything so it should have been quick. They made us explain the whole order when we didn't have to. Get nicer employees maybe then i'll change my mind.
