Why does KFC have no extra crispy after 7 pm. And when they offer original unless you want to wait 30 minutes for crispy. Does that mean the original has been sitting for over an hour? Hmmmm!

I'm in absolute shock & disbelief i've never heard such a commotion the entire time i was here with people yelling Gary in the kitchen. You would think it was party time back there everyone is yelling and having a grand old time. Let's hope Gary isn't the manager. Absolutely, the worst KFC around Fresno/Clovis area. After they processed my payment they told me they don't have the food that I ordered. Then when asked how they were going to make it right they said maybe give me a couple pieces of dark meat chicken. The answer was, No. Obviously, no one in the restaurant was trained to correct problems because when I told them I won't give them my credit again they said they were calling the police because I refused to give the my card. I'm truly hoping this is on tape in the restaurant because the other employees were in her ear coaching her to do the wrong thing. Don't go here! Hopefully, they won't keep my money and call the cops! :-)

I found myself in the area and decided to place a large order on the app to bring home to the family. The order was done just two minutes after the projected time, and when I got home I thought the order was complete and accurate. I ordered a 16 piece bucket of variety chicken and they gave me 2 breasts and 14 pieces of dark meat. Just weird. They also failed to give me the paper plates I requested.KFC gets a bad rap but I think the chicken is pretty good. The sides are good too. Their new fries are stupendous. I'm not a fan of their chicken sandwiches, mainly because they're dull and a little dry. Otherwise, I will continue to patronize KFC. I always advise people to check their takeout orders for accuracy. Maybe I should follow my own advice.

My favorite location! The staff here are all so kind and welcoming every time I come. They also keep it really clean and tidy. The girl at the window always is polite, friendly, and gets my order right. I love coming here after a late night at the office for a quick and easy hot meal. Keep it up KFC fam!

So delicious!! Me and my wife came to enjoy dinner here. She got the chicken little combo and I got the tenders. Food was so fresh it was too hot to eat, the cashier (got his name- isaiah) was very respectful and upbeat. The manager helping him was also great vibes. Will come again, it's fast, convenient, and the customer service is phenomenal, especially for fast food these days. My wife used to refuse to eat KFC but now she'll only eat it with me if it's from this location.

Ordered the 10 pc spicy nuggets meal. They forgot the fries and biscuit, had to go back. Get home open the nuggets. Un breaded tiny pieces of frozen in the middle crap! Never again.
