Kerman Nails

Well... I normally don't write reviews but this one definitely deserved it. First of all They took me in as a walk-in ,got me in right away less than ten minutes. My pedicurist did such an amazing job on my toes forgot her name... sorry lol, Philip the nail tech did a great job on my Nails. Both tech are gentle and Good. Definitely returning back . Great experience

Second time going in to Kerman Nails they check your temperature so that's a good thing before they start a service on you. They are very nice and welcoming and when I made my appointment and got there I was helped right away with no wait time. The first time I had a manicure and pedicure done and both were amazing! I went in for the second time today for a pedicure and Nam did an amazing job! My pedicure was very relaxing. Glad I found a place to get my pedicures or nails did! I recommend them!

This is a new nail salon that just opened in Kerman on Valentine's Day. They are offering a 15% discount for their first month to celebrate their grand opening. I recently moved to Kerman from L.A. and have been desperately looking for a new nail salon and I think that I found my new spot. Staff is welcoming and very friendly. Salon is clean, prices are reasonable and they take walk-ins.

The manicurist was very nice and did a great job. I booked an appointment at one and had to wait about 20 minutes because they were busy. Short staffed so he had to keep pausing during my manicure to help others and book appointments so it took an hour and a half. Besides all the waiting the nails turned out great and were a reasonable price. ($40).

I went about two days ago and had the worst experience! Please think THRICE about going here, I was told a price and after finishing, it was doubled with no alternative work on what I showed them I wanted! 0 stars if I could.

Great service! I love how my nails came out. The technician took his time to capture what I wanted. I will be going back.

This was my very first time at this nail salon. I did wait a while because i went in as a walk-in & they were short staffed but i absolutely loved my nails. Thao was very good & took her time with everything she did with my nails. She did them exactly how i wanted them. i recommend making an appointment just to be a little quicker. i would definitely go back. :)

When it comes to running a business you expect professionalism. This place isn't professional! The customer service is terrible. I went in for a pedicure asked for a French set I received the French set. However, the quality is what we pay for. If we're going to pay $46 dollars we expect it to be decent. I was referred by a close friend, and a family member. I've would've expected better if I was referred. Molding on Ceilings/ walls, nothing wiped down, dirty floors, towels look yellow and disgusting, old bleached towels used for pedicures. If you want business Invest into the business. To top it off customer service lacks 100% no communication, and unwelcoming. Do better for your customers and they'll keep returning. Don't ask me to leave if I came with a referred person into your business. That is indeed rude, and don't ask me how the service was 6 times. You talk directly to someone face to face about any service. Don't judge someone by how they look, accept them. At the end of the day your the one running your business, and humbleness/ respecting customers always comes first. Save your money, and go to a place that will care about there business/ customers.

Everybody here is so welcoming and nice! I usually make an appointment for me and my friends to get pedicures and they are always ready when we get there. They take their time to do our pedis and do a quality job! Love this place!!

I found them to be really nice. He was done in just under 45 minutes and I absolutely love how my nails came out. I do plan on going back.
