Kerb Appeal Fenceworks

If you are looking for a company that is customer service oriented and a small local business look no further. Tim came out a year ago when I had someone unlicensed and inexperienced install a fence for me and used my roof to support a gate. When I was ready to pull the trigger on redoing that job that went south, I am happy that I chose Kerb Appeal. They marked all utilities and did the job that we agreed upon. I paid when the work was finished and they communicated when they ran into an issue. They explained they needed more time for the fabrication and coating for the powder coated steel frame and gave me a clear timing when it would be installed.

Had a 40ft section out of a 90ft section, shared fence, repaired. It took a tad under 2 hours by two workers. They were courteous, respectful, efficient and very organized. We are extremely pleased with the results as the existing 50ft section meets the new 40ft section seamlessly. I can't stop stating at how beautiful it is, lol. Also they were very respectful of our plants and trees. I would rate their price exceptional for the quality of service.

After having several months to observe fence construction I am finding that Kerb appeal is fast and does terrible work. I called to let owner know that all my gates won't shut because they have swelled up because of the rain and got no reply. While repairing I've noticed many screws holding fence boards are snapped because of over tightening. I will have to reattach with better screws. Had to remove dirt along bottom of fence to stop fence from rotting out. Fence looks nice but poorly constructed. Owner finally called and we discussed Quality control which he understands and admits he needs to do a better job of policing his finished product.

After reviewing various reviews and reading a post on Nextdoor having to do with fenceworks, this company kept standing out with a high level of client satisfaction.... I was able to ask questions of those folks who were posting and narrowed down (WAY down) the lists of who I'd want to start a conversation with. And they were enthusiastic in responding! My personal residence had about 7 rotted out fence posts and my neigbhor and I agreed on splitting the costs, to begin looking into it. I reached out to Tim, the owner, and began the process of getting us a quote. And, I'm glad that I did!All the best attributes of working with a professional were apparent. Tim was friendly, listened well and directly answered questions. He communicated well and was on time! In person, he was friendly and offered some suggestions and did what he said he would each step of the way. The bid came promptly and was professionally laid out including a basic diagram/graphic of the fence in relationship to the homes and clearly marking each post that was to be replaced. It's also listed each property owner and the 50/50 split. Things matched up perfectly and exceeded expectations. The two man crew arrived when they were supposed to. They were friendly and very polite. They too were personable and answered questions directly. Everyone was just easy to work with! The way you always hope it would be...Look, let me save you some time. I've been working with multiple properties for 30 years with even much more extensive projects and this IS the company you want to work with! My fence was a mess. We have neighbors on three sides and various parts of our fence and gate were different ages - much of it old and rotting. After the wind knocked a section down over the winter it was time to get it sorted out.I'd come across Kerb Appeal here on Yelp and we contacted Tim, the owner, for a quote. He came out and took some measurements and spoke with my husband about which sections most needed to be repaired, and also spoke with our neighbors about our shared side, which they wanted to replace entirely. Tim sent out a detailed quote with images of the wood and supporting posts he recommended to my neighbor, who ran a few comparisons and got a couple other quotes. All of the quotes were around the same cost. We agreed that Kerb Appeal's pricing and materials looked like the highest quality for the best price and booked for the work to go ahead a couple weeks later.The work took place over three days - Tim's team arrived when they said they would and executed everything as promised. The workers were courteous and didn't disturb us any more than necessary. They did a great job with everything and we're really happy with the work. Tim communicated with us at each step so there was no guesswork, which I appreciate. After the work was finished they cleaned everything up thoroughly. Tim stopped by with a detailed invoice which included images and a breakdown of all the sections of fencing and costs and I paid by check. Great service, strong communication and high quality work. We still have a few sections of older fencing and if I ever have to replace them I'll definitely be calling Kerb Appeal again.

Kerb Appeal replaced my back fence after a city tree took a fall on it. Tim was wonderful through the entire process. He was out the day after I spoke with him to take measurements and start our estimates, where as other companies left us waiting for over a week.The pricing we were given was very reasonable with quality material, as was the time frame he was able to schedule his crew to come out.Tim and his crew were on time and very respectful of our property and our neighbors. Even with the weather being +100°, our fence was completed in a very timely manner and it looks amazing!I love that we were able to find a great local buisness for our fence and highly recommend them!

My redwood fence is beautiful! The fence team worked in a timely and neat manner, and completed the job as planned. Shortly after the install they returned to fix a couple of bad spots, and they clear sealed the fence. The one side gate was built VERY well with a strong black iron frame. Totally satisfied!

Very nice people. But, they want $45 per linear foot for chain link fencing. No obstructions - open access to the job site. Found another company that was $22 per linear foot for the exact same fence. The fence I had installed came out beautiful at a saving of $23 per linear foot. Nothing bad about this company just recommend getting other estimates.

I have used Kerb Appeal Fencework multiple times to replace portions of my large fence in my backyard. We live on a cut de sac and share our backyard fence with seven other neighbors. Each time the company has been on time, followed through with all requests, and gone above and beyond our expectation. We will continue to use them for all future repairs and replacements.
