It's been nearly a year living in the property Ken sold us. Ken is a great salesman. He even contrived a perfect nice old guy personality. Nothing could be further from the truth. He wasted 30 days of requests that the h.o.a takes care of so I couldn't ask for the stuff the previous owner should've taken care of. He conspired with the other agent to knowingly mislead me. We wanted a move in ready place in a safe neighborhood since we have kids. Ken pretended perfectly to care about that but what I wound up with was a 40 year old cigarette smoke filled sin city situated DUMP! Beware. Ken's not a nice guy. He's not even honest. One of the most demoralizing and still hurtful experiences of my life and I had a fiancé who died. I'd like to add expletives but I'll simply say that if you're working class and not a cash buyer Ken will look down on you, pretend to be on your side,wait for your exhaustion and sell you something he knows you don't want. He'll lie to you too. Stay away!

Ken helped us both buy our home and then with the sale of it. Ken is amazing in his wealth of knowledge, his integrity, and negotiating the deal. Ken is very responsive to needs, questions and stays on top of things ensuring that everything is completed in a timely manner. If I need assistance in buying or selling another house, Ken would be by far my first pick.

We just closed on buying our first house and Ken Neufeld was simply fantastic. Ken took us out to see several houses and get a feel for the types of things we wanted in a house. We went out a second time and he had zeroed in on our type of house and presented some really great candidates that were right within our budget. When we were ready to make an offer, Ken explained the current market and what we might expect. He didn't push us beyond our budget and gave great feedback on our offer amount. When he drew up the contract, he answered all our questions about what everything meant and about what each stage in the timeline would be. Every explanation he gave was clear.We wanted more than normal inspections (mold, drinking water test, etc), and while Ken was patiently amused by our first-timer paranoia, he knew off the top of his head exactly who we should call and every company he referred us to were professional and reasonably priced. Either Ken or Jeanette (who works with Ken and was also fantastic to work with), made themselves available to be there with us for each inspection. Even after we closed and we didn't know who to get to fix some minor issues (that we expected), Ken was happy to refer us to various services that have helped us set up our new home. Since the inspection phase of buying our house, we've known that we chose a good house and a very good realtor.

Everyone in my family has used Ken as our Real Estate agent for many years. His knowledge and experience in the business makes him the best Agent in this area. He is responsive and available. We would never use anyone else to sell or buy a house!
