I came here one time last summer and the younger girl who did my eyebrows did an amazing job I have my own eyebrow girl I go to but she's on leave due to her pregnancy so I stopped by to get my eyebrows done worst mistake I ever did I had a few weeks over growth because I wanted to change my eyebrow shape I had asked the lady I remember doing my brows if she could do em she was a little busy so she sent over another worker and just went and did her own thing this lady just messed my eyebrows up bad I have a rounded eyebrow on my left side and a boxed no arch on my right eyebrow legit I look like this emoji horrible

Love their work.It's just that sometimes the attitude isn't the best.It's not inviting.

I wish Kayla still worked here. I got my eyebrows threaded yesterday and the lady thinned them out. I used to have thicker brows and now they're thin. Never going back.

3rd time coming in and not being acknowledged. The woman literally sat down and started counting money as two of us sat in the lobby for over 25 minutes. Not a hello, not a time estimate, nothing. I've never felt so invisible. This used to be my favorite place until Kayra the owner left. Please teach these new people some customer service and urgency skills. Trash.

Came to get my brows done and the lady messed them up one was way thinner and I told her and all she tries to do was make them thinner i had thick eyebrows plus they were completely different shapesIf I could give 0 starts I would I wish kayra still worked here

never in my life have i left the need to leave a review. i cried the second i left the salon. my eyebrows are HORRIBLE, THINNED OUT, and UNEVEN. I told the lady i wanted a clean up. I can't even look at my eyebrows. I believe her name was candy? I went 11/30 at 11am. I will never be coming here again.

I came to get my eyebrows done as per usual from the same girl. I brought my aunt with me for her to get a few things done as well and after we left she noticed burning around her upper lip and thought nothing of it. Today, the following morning it's super noticeable. It seemed as if she was more in a rush to catch up to the next clients.

I used to be a regular customer until a different lady did my brows. The last two times i have gone she thinned out the ends of my brows to essentially nothing and they were completely uneven. After two years of being a loyal client, i can say i will never go here again.
