Made an appointment weeks in advance as a first time customer and then she canceled on me the day before, No call, no text no nothing. I understand things come up, but to not contact me in regards to this is absolutely terrible customer service. I would NOT recommend this person. You pay a lot of money for this service and to not respond back is rude.
