I have been a patient for about 13 years. The staff is amazing. I have had melanomas, Basel cells, squamous cells and Neves cells. Dr Behr or one of her specialist have removed these and saved my life. They are so nice and so good at their jobs. Thank you!!!

This place is really great! Awesome and welcoming workers. Called to make an appointment to get my ear lobes fixed. I went to Dr. Riola and she was going to charge me a crazy amount of $2000! Insane. I called this place and spoke to Maricela. She was super nice. I told her what I went through with Dr. Riola after she told me it would only cost $500. Probably less. I knew Dr. Riola was taking advantage and couldn't believe she would do that after I had a lot of stuff done by her! Maricela couldn't believe it either and compared it to something big like I was going under anesthesia, which I definitely wasn't getting. I was happy to set up an appointment and looked forward to going in. First, I was told I would have to go in for a consultation and pay $75 and that would go towards my earlobe getting fixed.Today was my consult. Extremely nice offices with great decor. All of the workers were very nice! When I walked in I was greeted and told to fill out information to get started. They do a bunch of other stuff too! Stuff like Coolsculpting, Alastin skincare and many other things! I went in for the consult. Very nice worker. Took pictures of my ear that was slit through. Then I was told the doctor will be in shortly. The doctor was extremely nice and easy to talk to! She is very busy! Have my appointment to fix my ear on May 1st. Her next available appointment and I'm also on the cancellation list for hopefully sooner! I'll definitely let you all know more after getting the procedure completed! The cost was $1700 less then doctor Riola who was clearly taking advantage! Why not just say you don't want to do it? Anyways, I'll let you know and post after the procedure is done. Great office and great workers! Highly recommended! They deserve every star! I'll post pictures soon

i had a follow up from laser spot removal and when i went back in August I was too tan. I just went back in, as you need a week with nothing important on your calendar and cant have a tan and they were going to charge me $200 again to remove a spot they missed and a spot that did not go away. it was supposed to be my follow up and said i waited too long. So weird and the physician or PA/NP never confirmed charge. I walked out! They are just about the money!

Best beauty Lab in town. I would highly recommend their staff is amazing. The doctor knows how to inject properly and overall you just feel special.

Years ago, I was receiving tattoo removal treatments from Dr. Behr's office for a Superman tattoo I wanted to have completely removed. I was faithfully going to my appointments with a specific woman (can't remember her name) who was doing the removal treatment on me. On one of my appointments, she was not available, so another woman performed my tattoo removal treatment. A couple hours after that treatment (after applying the standard ice packs to the area) I noticed that my skin began to blister (this never happened with the woman who would normally perform the tattoo removal). I called the office to explain the situation and schedule a follow-up appointment. During my follow-up appointment, pictures were taken of the area that had blistered. I was told that the reason why my skin bubbled and blistered is because the woman put the setting too high on the machine. The woman who had taken the pictures asked me if I was going to get another tattoo to cover up the tattoo I was trying to remove. I told her no, that I wanted the tattoo to look like it had never been there before. She then stated that would never be possible. This was extremely frustrating and heartbreaking to me because during my initial consultation, they never told me that it would be impossible to achieve the results I expected and was paying hard-earned money for. Before the Covid shutdown, I had gone into the office to ask for my remaining balance to be refunded to me since I did not want to go through with any more treatments after the worker told me that my tattoo would never go away. I filled out a report with all this information and I also asked to have an appointment with Dr. Behr to try to get some type of reimbursement for my skin damage. The secretary said that Dr. Behr would contact me, however, no one ever reached out to me. Since an in-person visit didn't produce any results, I decided to send a follow-up email. However, to this day, nobody has contacted me. There are permanent white spots on the areas that blistered up and my faint tattoo is still visible. I can't even wear a tank top out in public as it is embarrassing to display my faded Superman tattoo that looks like a faint slice of pizza.

Loved Emily and Caitlyn. I had the MiraDry procedure done for the 2nd time. This around it was such a wonderful experience. Emily did such a thorough job to ensure that I was properly numbed. I left feeling happy and am excited to see the results. I love the work they do here.
