Katherine Maxwell Skin Care

I enjoyed my mini facial very much. I also liked the fact that Katherine called me the next day to find out how my skin was and check on me. My skin looked and felt great, the service was very good, and all for a great price!

Prisma Salon and Spa is not closed!!!!I purchase a Groupon for a facial from Katherine Maxwell. The facial was wonderful. She very informative and does not try to push expensive products. I will definitely go back.

Katherine is extremely informative in the skin care. She's not only a professional esthetician, but also a very knowledgeable teacher.Facial prices are affordable too.

I bought the Living Social deal after I checked out Katherine's website and found that there was several options for days, including weekends for the massage and facial. Later it turned into 1 weekday only due to staffing issues. Katherine was very difficult to get a hold of by email, text AND voicemail. It took me about 4 months to schedule my deal and she even had the nerve to tell me one time over the phone "that's what you get for waiting till the last minute to schedule your massage" Mind you there was still a few months left before it expired! I finally got a massage scheduled after she hired another massage therapist. She texted me a few hours before my massage if i could come in 30 min later, I told her no since I had to pick up my son from the babysitters at a certain time. She never responded. Turns out there was another person waiting for her facial and told me the same story about how difficult it was to schedule and Katherine wasn't very good about returning calls. I never got my facial AND she used my groupon right after the massage when I NEVER got my facial!!! and I could list more issues I had with her including accusational text messages, but I have already written enough. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone! Highly disappointed!
