Jroyals Barbershop - Clovis

First time at JRoyals and it was a success!! We made an appointment same day, we arrived Lori was waiting for us. She did a great job with the cut that he wanted, he gave thumbs up!!Very clean barbershop, friendly and professional. Definitely recommend and we'll be back

I made an appointment. Sat there for the longest time. Watched a guy come in and ask for a cut and he was taken back to a chair. Thought that was weird, but whatever. Kept sitting there. Another guy comes in and asks for a cut, sits by me and 2 mins later is in a chair. I go to the counter and ask, I had an appointment 35 mins ago and why am I not being seen? "You're next." Okay. Sit back down. Wait 20 mins, just as another guy walks in and gets seated for a cut. I get up and start to walk out when they stop me.... I'm thinking, oh okay, time for my cut? NO. They say, if you leave you'll be charged a missed appointment charge. I said, for waiting an hour for nothing? I left. Unbelievably stupid. J ain't royal, he's peasant.

They cut my son's hair and fucked it up just before my wedding. I guess they can't see. It isn't what he asked for. Then made my daughter pay for it. Who's does that. If you do there. Make sure you stand right there ask questions the whole time make sure.

Jay Hanson is one of the best and veteran barbers at this new location. He was previously working at the Fresno location and relocated to the new Jroyals in Clovis. The shop is super nice and better parking than their Fresno location.

Showed up 15 min early for appointment. Didn't get any service from empty front desk until 20 minutes later. Got a text notification that appointment was cancelled 25 minutes AFTER my appointment time. Barber never showed up. Do not get your hair cut here!

We've been here twice to get my 5 year old son's hair cut. The first time we had JP, he was fabulous! Today we had Cam...he was NOT fabulous! He totally butchered my son's hair.

This barbershop is a complete and absolute joke. I made an appointment for 1:45 pm 3 days in advance. Which they automatically switched to 2 PM. I was like alright fine it's whatever. I get there 10 mins early and then barber sits me in the chair at 2 pm and I wait for 15 mins before I left. Stay as far away as possible. Complete and utter disregard for other people's time and zero professionalism.

Fuck this place. I set an appointment for my son and waited 30 mins after our appointment time finally just left. Hope they go out of business

Sitting and waiting forever without anyone checking in on the status of our appointment. A lot of people walking straight back. The young lady at the front is very dismissive and needs some customer service skills. I think this place needs some training in business etiquette.

Great service! I went in to get my son's hair fixed from a bad cut he got elsewhere.. Kris saved the day. The Front desk greeted us right away and got us in with confidence they could fix his hair. As I was up front I noticed everyone walking out had an AMAZING fade. This is the new go to spot for fades, the stylists have great hair too. Kris was great with my son. The staff was great with their customers in general from what I saw. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know. Thanks Kris!
