In the midst of preparing for a busy Valentine's Day the staff here went above and beyond to help me! I walked in on 2/12 as my friend was having her business opening and I wanted to deliver an arrangement. The kind workers stopped what they were doing to help me and make my arrangement for me right then and there. Prices were reasonable and the service was prompt. I love this family owned business. I discovered them while I was searching for roses for my own business. I am very picky about flowers and their roses are beyond amazing. They are longer/thicker stem and the rose itself has more life in it than the ones you would get at a grocery store. The store is so magical during Late January- early February!( Valentines Day) I have purchased some arrangements as well for friends and family. They have never disappointed me. I always recommend them to other businesses like myself who are looking for flowers.

I was charged for the arrangement with the beautiful red roses and lilies. They delivered an arrangement with dead looking weed flowers to the funeral of my loved one. I was humiliated to have a cheap and ugly arrangement at the service. If I wanted an all white no color arrangement with cheap flowers I would have ordered exactly that. I guess they made the choice for me. And they delivered the wrong arrangement making me believe they hadn't delivered my order. Turns out they delivered the arrangement they wanted.

The last time I ordered from this place I had a terrible experience. I got a 24 rose bouquet, I asked them to write something on the paper for me , I expecting nice handwriting on my order. When I got there & saw my bouquet it was nice until I saw the handwriting, it was really, really sloppy. I went back inside & asked them if they can please replace the paper that had writing & to just leave it without any writing. The lady that I assume was in charge told the worker in Spanish "just cut that piece off with scissors so he can leave", thinking I didn't speak Spanish. I obviously wasn't okay with that & asked for the piece of bouquet paper to be replaced. I wouldn't be back.

My boyfriend got me a bouquet for Valentine's Day last week and the flowers were already dying and he gave it to me the next day after pick up. I contacted them in hopes of a new bouquet or a refund. They responded nicely through instagram even saying I would receive a better bouquet. When I went to pick up this "new bouquet" they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about and proceeded to speak in Spanish between one another thinking I didn't speak Spanish I jumped into the conversation speaking in Spanish saying I did have a picture the man I'm guessing the person in charge also got rude vibes from him saw the picture and said ok he comes out with a package of flowers all wrapped up how they get them shipped and I just looked at him like really you guys aren't going to make it into an actual bouquet. I didn't care anymore and just left with the package of flowers. I get home to throw away the previous bouquet and it was already all molded and gross never in my life has a bouquet of flowers got like this and it was barely a week I had this bouquet. Supermarket stores flowers have lasted me WEEKS!!! I would not purchase here!

If I could give this business a 0 I would, they were amazing at saying that they could fill my order ( we are 6 hours always from them and they had great reviews on social media so we trusted them with our special request) for my mother in law whose birthday was on a Friday we spoke back and forth and decided on a certain design and this is the first time in over 40 years, that she spends her birthday without us she had to relocate due to an injury, because she could not go back to work due to that injury... so this arrangement was extremely special to my husband and me , we went back and for on the style with this company and came up with what we wanted sent money via ZELLE and when my mother in law got her flowers on her birthday and sent us a picture to thank us , we were shocked to see that it wasn't what we ordered, we contacted the business right away and asked them to please pick up the arrangement and replace it with the one we had ordered. They said oh sorry for the INCONVENIENCE (THIS WAS MORE THEN AN INCONVENIENCE!!!! ) That they were too busy with funeral flowers to get delivered so they couldn't fix it so they told us that they would give us a free arrangement in the future but they couldn't take take the correct ordered that day, so I spoke back and forth not wanting a refund but wanting them to correct their mistake ... they told me they were a small business and that the inconvenience was a misunderstanding between us talking back-and-forth over text, (which I have everything saved on my phone) after hours we came to the conclusion that they would deliver flowers but not that day the next day (the flowers we had originally thought that my mother-in-law was going to get for her birthday ) on Saturday a day after her birthday Then they asked us to please let her know that she would have to hand over the flowers they gave her by mistake. At first I said yes but then realized wait it's not our mistake so then I was not OK with that since she did not know that they had made a mistake & due to covid I'm shocked they even asked for them back! I was accused of trying to get a free arrangement from them and that was not at all the case I wanted the original arrangement we had paid for but I was not OK with them disturbing my mother-in-law's weekend, so my husband called them over the phone and told them to forget about it even thou they had made the arrangement already but refused to deliver it unless we handed the one we got by mistake back, so they spoke and he said forget about delivering anything since we didn't want them making my mother in law feel bad.... IM SHOCKED THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS NO APOLOGIES WERE GIVEN AND THEY DIDNT EVEN OFFER A SOLUTION JUST EXCUSES SHAME ON THEM! I GAVE THEM ALOT OF OPTIONS TO MAKE IT RIGHT AND THEY DECIDED TO IGNORE THEM SO HERE IS THIS REVIEW STATING THE FACTS... I have all text saved and they admit making the mistake but refuse to fix it! I know ours is just one arrangement, and the other customers had a lot more due to it being a Catholic holiday but them ignoring one arrangement to make more money from other Customers is extremely unprofessional and disappointing. So I took my time writing this so they see it and realize that as a small business any order big or small should be taken seriously, shame on you!!
