We've reserved parties here before. Experience was great. This last time. The room was uncomfortably hot. I told the hostesses and nothing was done. One hostess was training and our party was extremely rushed. We were told we had the room for 1.5 hours. Recommended buffet/eat for 45 mins and games/gifts and hbd for 45 mins. Our party was really small and I was not even able to sit down and enjoy my food with out constantly being asked the same questions repeatedly by the trainer and new girl. And games started with the girls right away where our girls couldn't even enjoy the buffet that I paid for. We were so rushed that we were removed from our room about 20 mins early. Honestly our experience was anything but relaxing and enjoyable this time around. For what we pay this was not acceptable. I'm disappointed.

We celebrated our daughter birthday today. The kids love it! The only thing I felt rush, you have a time limit for everything and I know it's because they have other parties next. I just felt really rush but other than that our hostess were geat. Super nice and friendly. Rosalinda & Patricia were our hostess and we definitely appreciated them.

Recently visited John's Incredibles in Fresno with my family. We are new to this area and had to try it out. We have been to the other locations in San Diego and Orange County. This one has no stairs which helps out a lot. The food is good here but they do not offer any fried chicken compared to the other locations. They have the robots cleaning up on site. The premises are very clean. They do offer specials and promotions daily check the website or app. We highly recommend you stop by John's Incredible for family fun.

I love coming to John's Incredible pizza ! The food variety is great and love the buffet style. The workers are always clearing plates so it stays nice and clean. Matt is always attentive and fast ! He's very friendly and I always try to sit at whichever room he's in ! 11/10

We had a birthday party at John's! Our group had such a great time! Lots for the kids and they had a blast as did the adults! The entire staff that we dealt with was so friendly and gave us incredible service throughout the event. Alexandra and Cienna were amazing! They were so helpful and kept things organized!
