Thank you Carmen & Jose for running such an amazing company with an unmatched 5 star customer service experience!!!!When choosing to go with the Tint Shop, you are not only choosing high quality, great value film but you are also receiving installation from a very knowledgeable team that is always happy to serve its community.In addition to the services provided you can also expect comfort and affordability. When you enter you are kindly greeted by the owners and offered a private clean waiting room with air conditioning and refreshments at a courtesy of the company. There are also very clean attached restrooms and free WiFi which is super convenient and something most locations do not have!!! This essentially makes it a very convenient spot to lounge and wait for your vehicle to be ready. After watching this family owned business hustle to make it from the ground up and provide such a top tier experience for many years, it is very disheartening to see all these very recent/random scam reviews try to taint their image. Especially when they have never received negative reviews in all the years of them doing business!! :( As a loyal client of many years I highly recommend you look past these scam reviews and genuinely give them a shot! You can take my word for it, you won't regret it.I can ensure that the owner, Carmen & Jose will always do what it takes to make things right even if you are unsatisfied as they take lots of pride in this self made business and they enjoy to seem their customers happy.Seems like people can't stand to see them succeed and decide to spam them with false information but at the end of the day everyone's experience is different so I suggest you give it a chance yourself before getting worried by these outrageous reviews. I just had an extremely unpleasant experience with this company--possibly the most offensive I've encountered. As others have stated, I was told one thing on the phone, but after driving a very long distance to get there, I was told something completely different upon arrival. The young woman behind the desk, while seemingly knowledgeable enough in product, was completely indifferent and callous in attitude, and my consequential personal one-on-one encounter with the owner, Jose, was as rude as it gets. I was literally amazed and speechless that the owner of a business could be so hostile towards someone who intended to bring them their business. It's obvious that this attitude sets the tone for the rest of the public-facing staff.While I'm not including personally identifiable details because I rightly believe the owner to be vindictive (he openly threatened me saying he's going to find my IP address through Yelp), as a long time Yelp user, I have every right to voice my very real, valid, and certainly not fake experience. I wish it were fake because my visit was a complete and utterly offensive disappointment.It's a shame, especially since Lumar window films are hard to find, as they only contract with limited businesses in a given region. Lumar should be aware of the nature of the business representing their brand. This is a very bad look for them and causes potential customers to look elsewhere and to other brands to meet their needs.Until this shop humbles themselves and takes a revised approach to customer service, my advice is to find a different shop that genuinely cares about its customers, or at least makes a concerted effort to display that attitude, and give them your business instead. A business should value your choice to support them and be humble enough to treat you with respect, ultimately striving to make things right if they receive feedback that's inconvenient. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

I got my Toyota Highlander tinted 20% Ceramic and love it, plus Carmen and Joe were super helpful with any questions or concerns such as great family owned business!!

horrible service I had messaged their instagram page for a quote considering an old coworker recommended them to me, he had answered and asked for my year make and model and once give the same day they just left me on read. absolutely horrible service what a way to treat a customer.response 1 proof the account saw my message about 2 months ago, i would've take the time to call but at that time I was on break for work and can't just call maybe being considerate of others would help also why would I call even after being left on seen for a asking for a quote that takes not even 5 minutes smh, save yourself the trouble and money and go elsewhere.response 2 LOL this guy is a joke maybe pablo is my last name ? do you not see the letter C after Pablo by any chance and I am so sorry you quite literally had to block me from viewing your page what a joke can't take criticism from a mistake on your part. This problem could've been solved like reasonable adults and not like an utter child. As for the no profile picture which by the way makes no sense and has nothing to do with me being a "fake" account as you would call it, considering I have a realistic amount of followers and posts. KEEP YOUR MONEY AND TAKE BUSINESS ELSEWHERE what "owner" would have this much disrespect unbelievable.

Well if it's the shop that has TTS, like in the pictures then yes, if not my apologies. I did in fact take my car 3 times to fix the issue at THE TINIT SHOP Joe didn't seem to care of what was wrong. I kept telling him I'm driving 40min to get this resolved and the first two times told me the issue would go away never did so I just gave up. Not a FALSE REVIEW.Well I thought it was the best place to get windows tinted that's why I did drove 40min, but if you're saying your business is not worth the travel I believe you now. This is the right place buddy

I was a little skeptical because they didn't accept appointments for new tint. Then, was absolutely shocked when they took my car in and had it done within 2 hours on a very busy Saturday! I cannot thank the receptionist in the front enough. It was my first time having to go in and choose my own tint and she took her time explaining all the different films they carry. I ended up with ceramic and let me tell you worth every penny! I cannot wait to recommend all my family and friends. Oh yeah their building is absolutely gorgeous and their restrooms are CLEAN! Made waiting my ride extra comfortable.

I have taken two vehicles there and both have come out excellent. The business is very punctual and kept their promise on completion times.

Absolutely Horrible service!!!! I went in to get tint on my windows, over the phone the guy seemed to be very helpful and scheduled me for a weekend service. When I got there he told me that they wouldnt be able to get to my car this week! I explained to him that I can't wait another week because I was going out of town. He told me he would fit me in. A couple days later the tint on my window started to bubble. I called and they said that they would fix it that same day. When I went to drop my car off I over heard Joe telling the worker that it was my fault because I "rushed" them! I told them to just bring my car back out and I would take my business somewhere else.
