JO-ANN Fabrics and Crafts

Not my usual Jo Ann's, but when I'm stocking up on sale items, I head to this store after visiting the Fresno store. They usually have what I'm in the market for. These days it's beads. Quick in and out to get the ones on sale that I was looking for. The girl who checked me out (without a wait!) was fast and friendly. Note: Watch the parking lot...it's busy and people drive past the store fronts too fast.

Poor customer service. Everything is locked up yet they have no one to help customers purchase items. Associates standing around doing nothing. Asked for help with Cricut accessories that were locked up and told to take a number in fabric where the only associate working was waiting on over 10 people. Sorry not going to waste my time if you don't want business continue to do things this way. Taking my business elsewhere

I needed to go to Joanns, I thought. Thank you Joanns for the crazy long waiting line I came home and ordered on line. Why do husbands need to go shopping at joanns with their wives? Kids? Aren't we in stay at home self-quarentine?

Love this Joanne's. Bright , clean , well stocked shelves and friendly associates.Great sales as well. I am two for two with awesome companies that know how to train their employees and keep their stores in tip top shape.

I don't sew...except buttons that pop off. So when I decided to buy fabric for a no sew baby sling, I was a bit nervous stepping into this fabrics store. But thanks to the very helpful staff, I was able to select an appropriate fabric for my project and the additional supplies needed to complete the task. I really love that you do not have to stand in line to get your fabric cut, but can take a number, continue shopping, and report to the counter when your number is called. In all a great experience. One star deducted because the very cluttered aisles were too narrow to navigate their shopping carts without knocking things over.

The customer service here is as good as it gets. From helping me with purchases to showing me coupons on the mobile app. Can't recommend this location enough

This store is seriously amazing, they carry a huge range of products perfect for making things at home . The fabric choices are also huge. The most organized and smelling new Jo Anns in fresno clovis area. The prices are also not too bad, better than Michael's arts and crafts. They also carry a huge range of Wilton products which seems to amaze me already because I love baking. Furthermore they even carry organizer. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. Conveniently located on the new shopping centre at herdon and clovis , this place is a must visit or any art and crafts enthusiast . Don't forget to pick up the free idea pamphlets which are amazing !

Can't believe Anne is a manager! Just lazy and doesn't want to help costumers especially with coupons! Someone take her back to costumer service training. Unless she's just racist and that's why she wasn't helpful at all.

Went here to buy fabric with my boyfriend. Not only was the store in disarray and completely trashed, we were trying to get our fabric cut and from the get-go this woman was rude to us. She had an attitude and was snarky with us about the amount of fabric left, and while my boyfriend went to grab the other roll of the same fabric, I asked the customers behind us to get their fabric cut so they weren't waiting. She seemingly had an attitude with them but I stopped listening because she was rude. When we had our other roll, every time we would tell her what to do, she just had an attitude in her reply. It!: not my fault this is your job lady! And then the cashier when we were checking out was rude too! Stay away from this one and just go to the one on Blackstone.

I went in to purchase some elastic, I asked if they were limiting yards because I know a lot places are they asked their manager and they informed me no they were not. So I asked if I could buy a full box of it they wanted to check with their manager, not a problem I could hear the manager yelling from across the store into her walkie that she wouldn't sell a box to one person and that that was ridiculous. Ladies at the cut counter were polite as well as the cashier but whoever was the manger was not. Either you have limits or you don't?
