Jimmy John's

Jimmy John's is my favorite sandwich chain. I'm sure there are better sandwiches out there somewhere. But in terms of recognizable reliability, Jimmy John's never disappoints.I came here one day, I can't remember why I was in the area so early, but it must have been before opening because the doors were locked. An employee saw me try to open the door, and was kind to let me in. He took my order even though they were still prepping, and had me out the door with my sandwich in about two minutes. Wow, bravo! That's Jimmy John's for ya.

Anyone remember a couple years ago when sandwiches here were $8? April 2024 price raise from 9.99 to 11.99 then Jan 2025 another $2 price hike from 11.99 to 13.99. That's +$4 / 40% in less than a year.A real shame because I used to come here for a Beach Club twice a week and they were always so fast.

A few days ago, I had the BEST experience at Jimmy John's! I ordered the 8-inch turkey sandwich, and let me tell you--it was absolute perfection. From the very first bite, I could taste just how fresh all the ingredients were. The bread was soft with just the right amount of chew, the turkey was flavorful and tender, and the veggies were crisp and vibrant. It's so rare to find a sandwich that checks every box, but Jimmy John's nailed it.On top of that, the staff at this location was incredibly friendly and helpful. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile, and they made me feel like a valued customer. They were quick to answer any questions I had and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. You can really tell they care about the experience they provide.Not only was the food and service top-notch, but the place itself was spotless! The tables, counters, and floors were all super clean, which is something I always appreciate. It made the whole experience that much more enjoyable.I will absolutely be going back to Jimmy John's. They did not disappoint on any level--freshness, tastiness, or quality. I'm already looking forward to my next sandwich! If you're craving something fresh and delicious, Jimmy John's is the place to go. Five stars all the way!

Friendliest staff & exceptional service! Ordered tuna sandwiches for family & they loved it.

Okay..so maybe they aren't always Freaky Fast as their commercials suggest...I always order online and go in to pick up my food. Half the time, the order is ready freaky fast, and the other half of the time, I have to wait for my order to be completed. It has never been a long wait though.I really love the bread Jimmy John's uses for their sandwiches. I love how fresh the ingredients are and how generous they are with their portions. But above all, I love their pickles. I don't know what it is, but these pickles are amazing. Hunter's club is my favorite sandwich, with double meat, and double veggies. A medium sandwich will last me for two meals easily. I've signed up for their rewards program, and have enjoyed getting a free side with my meal. Maybe someday, I'll earn enough points for a free sandwich. Until then, this is a great and convenient place to order and pick up a delicious meal that doesn't leave me feel cruddy and has nothing fried in it. While processed meats may not be the best for you, I consider these meals relatively healthy, and I look forward to when I get to stop by and enjoy their sandwiches (and of course...their pickles!).

The only thing I wish is that it was closer to my house or delivery area! Love their sandwiches! Fresh bread and fresh meats and veggies. I feel like I always get the same sandwich no matter which Jimmy John's I go to. They train their employees right! Service here was great that day. Friendly and approachable but not over there top. My husband enjoyed his ham, bacon and cheese, and I LOVED my usual Italian Nightclub on wheat bread. You gotta try the wheat bread!

I ordered from this location through Uber Eats. I got the spicy Italian sandwich (regular sized), the Vito sandwich (little size), a side of potato salad, jalepeño chips, and a fudge brownie. I loved my spicy Italian. The regular sized sandwich was perfect because there were plenty of toppings and it's good to know they don't skimp out on that. They make sure their sandwiches will fill the customer up! I'm highly satisfied. The potato salad was a bit sweet but I still enjoyed it. The brownie was amazing! Overall great food that left me satisfied!

This is the absolute BEST fast food sandwich restaurant I have ever frequented. The customer service is PHENOMENAL! Brandon, Dan, and Miz never disappoint. The staff take pride in their preparation and it seems like each member specializes in some form of food preparation. For example, Miz makes the kickin' ranch, Emma makes the tuna, and Brandon and Dan are always helping me discover my new favorite sub. There is never a speck of dust in the house; probably because there is someone sweeping and washing the floors at all times. I just don't understand, how does this place have a rating of ONLY 3 STARS???! If you want a 5-Star experience, get a Spicy East Coast Italian (I think #7) or a #13. JJ's bacon is THE BEST COLD BACON I have ever had. Make sure to ask them if the bacon is crispy that day so it ads some extra crunch. Forgot to mention, this place has the freshest ingredients!!! If you don't believe me, compare JJ's lettuce to any local competitors. By the way, the sauce on the #10 sandwich in the photographs I attached is JJ's Kickin' Ranch, prepared by Miz. Happy eating!

Visited four days ago at lunchtime. Service was good and the staff was friendly. Food was excellent as always. The issue is the price. 1/2 ham w/cheese, 1/2 salami w/cheese, one whole spicy sub, two bags of chips, and three cups of water(tap). the cost ? An unbelievable $31.00. In my humble opinion that is absolutely absurd. You can buy four California rolls at a sit down dinner at Namikazi for that price and have it served. I will not be going back to Jimmy John's again, not due to service, staff, or product, simply due to cost.

The sandwich at this location is poor to fair! If you want a sandwich that tastes great then go to the Jimmie John's in Visalia! Better quality and there's no comparison in taste!
