Large menu items to choose from and customized to your taste and liking. It's gets busy and sometimes the wait is a little long but otherwise worth the wait. Our favorite item on the menu is #17 " Mike's Philly Cheesesteak ". Indoor seating is limited but still comfortable.

What a way to start off my first sandwich in 2023 then at Jersey Mike's! Was torn between the #13 The Original Italian and of course, the #17 Mike's Famous Philly; went with the #17. My wife got the #7 Turkey and Provolone in a mini and I got mine in a Giant Size.Pro Tip: if you haven't opened an online account; do it now! They might give you a freebie or points for a free sandwich. Haven't logged in a few years since I've been here, had points for a free Giant Sub! Also Pro Tip: if you're a light eater, then a giant can definitely feed 4. If you're used to footlong subs from subway or anywhere else, it's the size of a footlong if not an inch or two more. Service was great, the gentleman who took and made my sandwich was very friendly, plus he made my sandwich incredible! Closest cheesesteak I'll get to actually being in Philly! The manager came in and she was also very nice, made my wife's sandwich and she did an Amazing job! Ambiance was nice, we showed up right when they opened so it was quiet inside, minus the music they had playing. It was music I like "alternative rock/ rock music" so bonus points from me. But.. my wife did use the restroom here and said it literally smelled like a sewer and if someone took a fresh dump lol.So minus the restroom, I would definitely come back! The food is incredible, the service rocks and it's great to grab and go. Don't waste paying 12 bucks for a footlong at Subway, pay a few bucks more and get a quality sandwich!Last Pro Tip: Get your cold Sandwich "Mike's Way" that comes with onions, lettuce, tomatoes, olive oil blend, red wine vinegar and spices. Best way to have any cold sandwich! Haven't tried it on a hot one, cause the #17 doesn't need anything else! Grilled fresh to order with onions, peppers and white American cheese! Simple and Delicious!

Recently, I stopped by Jersey Mike's on Blackstone for lunch and, as usual, went for my go-to choice, "Mike's Way." It's a decision I've never regretted. The balance of ingredients was perfect, and the overall presentation of the meal was very appealing. What always stands out at this location is the courteous nature of the employees, adding a pleasant touch to the whole experience.My all-time favorite has to be their turkey and provolone cheese sandwich, prepared "Mike's Way." It's consistently delicious, with flavors that never fail to hit the spot. On my latest visit, I decided to experiment with some of the food hacks I've heard about and discovered a new topping that I absolutely adore - their cherry pepper relish. It's a game-changer for me, adding an extra zing that elevates the sandwich to a whole new level. From now on, I'll be adding this relish to all my sandwiches and getting my bread slightly toasted for that perfect crunch.

Big fan of Jersey Mike's and they were willing to heat up my sandwich so this preggo lady could have an Italian! Good service here.

the sandwhich was very good i ordered a number 13 basic but still very yummy i ate it in like 5 mins it was no match for me

I am definitely hooked on Jersey Mikes sandwiches. The portions are amazing, chips delicious. All employees at any location I've busted have been so kind and interpersonal. It is always so clean as well.

Well...a friend of mine from Jersey said she really liked this place..."just like home." And it wasn't bad...good bread, oil and vinegar etc. But the meats seemed pretty bland/processed to me. Or maybe I'm just used to Piemonte's and Sam's, my go-tos. I did appreciate that they offer small, medium, and OMG sizes. Disclaimer: I only went once, so this is based on the only sandwich I tried. So I guess this isn't the most helpful review. Anyway, they have a lot of options, so give them a try.

Just finished my sandwich at home after picking it up. I ordered online and added in the order for it to be "made with love". It absolutely was!Loved the little note on the order. Such a simple thing but so sweet. Made my day.

Service was good. Restaurant was clean, atmosphere friendly. Why is there more jalapeños than meat on this sandwich?

Terrible customer service, I was waiting in line and was totally ignored. When the clerk came in they didn't even ask me if I needed help and helped the last person who came in the door, and the clerk argued with me as to why he was in the right. I know quality employees are hard to come by but if you want business you really need to do a better job of training your staff. Definitely do not recommend this place. My one star was because the place was clean
