Jersey Mike's Subs

This Jersey Mike's location is always busy, so I would highly suggest calling your order in or is in their app for an easy quick pick up.I almost always get the club sub or the club supreme on wheat bread, they also have gluten bread options. The only difference between these two sandwiches is the addition of roast beef. Of course I gotta get "Mike's Way" which is sliced onions, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, oil & vinegar, and spices. I also add banana peppers, jalapeños and their pepper jelly spread.Jersey Mike's is one of the few sandwich chains that actually seems to get it right. All of their meats and veggies are extremely fresh and (this location in particular) always has a full staff working. So even with their constant state of busyness, the wait is never too long.This Jersey Mike's location is wedged in between a Me and Ed's pizzeria and a soon to open boba tea place. The parking lot is huge, so there's plenty of places to park and wait for your order to be ready.

I got a footling and it was dry and tasteless. They made me feel like I should be grateful that they were going to make me another sandwich for me. I asked if I could get a different kind and they said no. I asked why and they came back with the money would not come out right at the end of the day. I then said I'll get a cheaper sandwich and that way things should be just fine. Then they said that I should be lucky basically to be getting another footlong replacement cuz they don't replace a footlong with a footlong. So in a nutshell which is well past that I have to get the same sandwich I didn't like which wasn't right because how was I going to know if I was going to like this one what were they going to do different. And of course I didn't like it and end up giving it somebody else so I will not be going back to this Jersey Mike's anymore. I worked in customer service for over 30 years and I was a manager of a front end cashier's I also worked in the bakery so that line that they gave me that it wouldn't balance out was BS. Obviously in this place the customer doesn't come first or is right. Wasn't being difficult I just wanted a different sandwich that was cheaper or the same price but they refused. I reported it to corporate and got no reply back. I've talked to other Jersey Mike's Subs places and they would have made it right with a different sandwich and not make me take the same exact sandwich I didn't like twice now. So if you go to this one good luck people I don't recommend it nobody should make you feel like you should be grateful they're making you another sandwich that didn't come out right in the first place

Jersey Mikes is definitely a sub above. This new sandwich place in town will surprise you with just how good they are in terms of taste and quality, I didn't think much of this place at first- I mean how good can another sandwich place be right?, but boy was I wrong, this place is different and definitely better than most sandwich places in Fresno. I would recommend trying their hot sandwich- Philly Cheesesteak, it is really good and I will tell you more. The Philly Cheesesteak ($7.95) for normal size was phenomenal, a hot perfect mess in your mouth. It had soft warm bread with very nice soft texture as you bite in, yet slightly crispy on the outside. The filling was oozing with cheese, just the way this dish was intended, the beef was fresh and not from cold-cuts. The beef was tender in texture, tasted great and portions was generous. Also the sandwich was nice and toasty as I was holding it in my hand to enjoy every bite. It was not just food that I was impressed with, their customer service is worth mentioning, because they have really helpful, fun, lively, energetic and great customer service skills. The store is also very hip and new looking with beautiful decor of wood floors, surf board on the wall, a widescreen tv, bar stools, and a clean looking sandwich and ordering area. I am looking forward to come back for their cold sandwich next time.

Oh my gosh, my husband was rite! This place is to die for! Beyond delicious and fresh! The customer service was amazing as well.I ordered the Italian sandwich regular size (7inch) mikes way, which means a red wine vinegar and oil dressing with oregano on it. He ordered the #9 no roast beef instead extra bacon and mikes way as well. They gave us free chocolate chip cookies.It's so good I want another one for dinner! The meat and cheeses are all freshly cut when you order. Will definitely be coming back! Beyond sad I forgot to receive my points for the purchase.

Would not eat here again. They made me the wrong sandwich and then when I let them know they actually argued with me then blamed me for ordering the wrong sandwich. The customer service here is beyond poor, instead of taking ownership of the mistake they pass the buck. A place that treats customers with such disregard doesn't deserve my business. The sandwich making is slow, and the prices are quite high for what you get. There are a lot of great sandwich options in the area, I will be driving the extra mile to Deli Delicious from now on. Their sandwiches are actually better, the prices lower, and most importantly the customer service is far superior.

Just stopped in... Made steak sandwich fresh & offered a deal I couldn't resist. Excellent customer serviceThis is second review. Place is always clean, excellent customer service, and freshly made sandwich just the way I like. The young lady even honored my coupon that expired at the end of August, since just turned September and September coupons didn't come in mail yet.

Ive been back in since my last review and it's really nice to see the company taking such great care of their customers. So fives across the board. Great fresh food, amazing and enthusiastic staff, a comfortable atmosphere and a corporate that cares. Sounds like an all around win, here.Y'all are amazing

Been standing in line 30 minutes while they make online orders and don't acknowledge the 9 people in line

When I get to Modesto I usually stop by to grab a sandwich to take home, wish there was a location in Manteca. For my taste, I really enjoy their style of deli sandwiches, from the bread to the fillings it's just the way I like my sandwiches.
