JCPenney

This is one of my favorites JC Penney's of all time. The deals they have here are amazing! I'm 100% a bargain hunter and I don't have to do much hunting here. Because it's a little out of the way for me, I haven't really come much but now that I remember just how much stuff is on final markdown I'll be making my way down more often. My latest savings was today when I spotted a Mickey Mouse Christmas sweater. I had to have it for next year and when I got up to pay, only $4.19! I'm still excited about it. They recently added a Sephora so that's a BIG BONUS! Cashiers weren't the friendliest but they were still helpful.

So Jc Penney is always posting signs for discounts and today I purchased jewelry and it has a sign stating an additional 35% or 30% off already reduced clearance prices..however when I asked about it the associate told me "that's only for people using JC Penney card."I said "the sign doesn't say that." She then said "oh well it doesn't apply to you your not using a JCPenney card and so it won't work with your purchase!!!" That is false advertisement and they always do that!! Last time I came in there was a sign stating buy one comforter get one free off the clearance pink tagged comforters so I go to register with two pink clearance tagged one and then they didn't give me the comforter free stating that "they had ran out of green clearance tags so whoever marked them down used the pink tags." I said "that's not my fault I'm not the one tagging them." I was then told "well everyone makes mistakes." I feel they should train their associates better and the importance of marking correct prices on items in order to avoid situations like this where the customer is very unhappy!! They also need to state on their signs if it's only going to be applied to customers using their JCPenney card!!

I called and got a same day appointment with Laurie. She did an absolutely fabulous job. She cut my hair exactly like I asked. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and helpful.

My sister went to get a haircut after many attempts at other places. I am by far very satisfied with the place. The wait was honestly a pain in the butt because they kept changing it. When we finally got there they said the lady wasn't ready, they noticed I was really mad so they took my sister in ASAP. Although the beginning experience was horrible the outcome was amazing! My sister loved her hair and I really am considering a cut too. We live 2 hours away from here and I definitely will be back to get a haircut from Brittany! She was very kind and knows what she is doing.

JCPenney salon staff is very professional, they are friendly and take each clients needs in consentration.

I can't believe this store is still open. They just keep going further downhill. Some of the employees have zero customer service skills and act like they would rather be anywhere else. Also, their dressing rooms are only open Thursday through Sunday and then they only have two open. It doesn't make any sense. Lastly, most of the clothes only have sizes small and X-Large. They don't do a very good job of keeping up with stocking or inventory. You're better off driving to Visalia or Fresno if you're looking to shop.

Worst store dirt and not a professional service skill. Never never go shop in any any JC penny again. Even for free. Hope I can give it Zero star

I called and asked do they have somebody to do ethnic hair i was told yes . I came in the Visalia office to get washed and straightened and left with a big knot off hair clumped together and was sent on my way .. they didnt not finish the service and i still had to pay for their mess up .. i now have to cut off half of my head from the root ... All i can do is cry ..... i will never go there again
