This place was great! They were so sweet and very professional during our difficult time. They went above and beyond to give us amazing flowers for my sister's services. I've used them before to deliver flowers to my family in town and I am always amazed at how Beautiful their flowers are. Don't let these FAKE bad reviews fool you. This place is the best in town!

My out of state family sent flowers from this business. I quit using them after two prior low quality, premium priced flower gifts. The flowers are nothing special, any home arranger could do as well. My complaint is the card. It's printed on paper with no thought to quality and half-ass glued into a card. What a dollar store appearance to send out. How are these people still in business.

I live in the South Bay and ordered an arrangement for my GFs mom who's in he hospital. I ordered it blindly on the phone with their suggestions and it turned out beautifully. They delivered it within a few hours and the service was impeccable. I highly recommend this place!

Background- Active Duty Sailor deployed on ship in Persian Gulf. Ordering a Plant for Daughter's Birthday on 14 Feb 18. Order placed 8 Feb 18. Received confirmation email. Called on Monday to validate order, order was confirmed. Son (helping because I am overseas) stopped by on Monday and Tuesday, told order was canceled. Company used an excuse that an external source who supplies their flowers was unable to fill order canceled the order....Didn't own the failure. Also never received cancellation email. The fact I even knew about it was because my son went there....Also they do not respond to emails. Their email address was and still is wrong on their webpage...I let them know and they still haven't resolved... End of the story: Dad deployed...daughter does not receive gift on her birthday....very disappointed dad and daughter... I tried a small business and don't think I will use their services again. Still have yet to receive and email or comparable option to make my daughter happy.

I don't live in Hanford anymore but I wanted to send my best friend flowers for her birthday. I called the shop and they were super helpful, I told them the price I was looking for and they were completely accommodating. She created an arrangement of flowers for me and I gave my opinion and ended up getting exactly how I pictured what I wanted to give my friend. She was really helpful and it was really convenient to text me pictures and I was able to text what I wanted to put on the card and also pay for everything over the phone. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to deliver flowers to someone at an affordable price!

My husband sent me surprise flowers and there was a confusion on being able to deliver to the address provided so they had to call me. The gentleman apologized for having to call me but he wanted to make sure I received my flowers. I met up with the driver and he was still apologizing and even brought a sweet extra gift to say he was sorry. He didn't have to do any of those things but he did and I am grateful. Started off having a bad morning but because of his great customer service and sweet gesture my day turned around. Thank you again.

If I could give this business zero stars, I would. I ordered birthday flowers for a friend on May 2nd. The flowers were never delivered. They charged my card for the flowers. My husband called the store several times over the past couple of weeks to determine whether the flowers were ever delivered, and whether they will be delivered. They gave him the round about. First it was they had a different company in charge of their website so they couldn't confirm it (WHAT?... Who does business like this?). Okay, the man on the other line told him to call back. He called back, again, no firm answer and just the round about act again. Today, May 21, my husband called the shop again. He explained that we hadn't seen any progress on the problem and that we were going to just contest the charge, the lady on the other line said that, "the lady isn't here, but leave your number and she'll call you back in 20 minutes." She never called him back. I called and got the same response. This process has been incredibly frustrating and the only remedy available to me is to dispute the charges with my bank. Avoid doing business with flower company at all cost. They are incredibly unprofessional and will give you the round about if you have any issues with your order. I believe that this business is either significantly incompetent or is deliberately scamming people out of their money.

I order from Jasmin's Flowers every week for flowers to be delivered to my office and they have been great, giving me a bouquet of different flowers every week. My patients love them and can't believe they are real until they smell them and they really appreciate them. My staff love them because they alternate taking them home with them at the end of the week. I love them too because of how they make so many people feel good in a small way.Dr. W.

The owner and employee customer service from Jasmin's Flower Shop was way above and beyond anything I have experienced before!I am from out of the area and found them searching online. My need was to have birthday flowers sent the next day (Sunday). After taking my call right at closing time, we worked together to create a beautiful arrangement and they delivered exactly on time. The recipient was beyond surprised and excited to receive these. Thank you ladies for your passion and customer service!!
