Over 14 years ago, I was referred to Jacque by a friend, because I was preparing to move away from the area and needed a property management company to oversee my rental property. I can honestly say that my experience over the years with Jacque and Company has been a great one! In the entire time she and her staff managed my property, I never had any issues, was always responded to quickly, if I reached out about a question and her staff was always very helpful and friendly. The team always treated me professionally and went above and beyond. During the 14 years, they were on top of everything, whether it was a tenant moving out, a new one moving in or a few repairs needed along the way, I always felt I could trust Jacque and her staff. I'm thankful that over the years Jacque and Co made owning a rental property such a piece of cake. Just recently I decide to sell the my property and even in this situation, the process was easy and all of my questions were answered. Thank you Jacque and Co for everything!

Very unprofessional, I tried to explain a situation over the phone and I was hung up on. when I called back, the woman who hung up on me wouldn't take my call. They wanted to cut down a tree that their tenant and I shared without my permission and without telling me. when I tried to call to let them know that I did not want the tree to be cut down, she got snippy with me. when I tried to explain that there were trees in her tenant's backyard that had fallen and broke the roof and side of the building of my garage, I didn't get a chance to explain because she hung up on me. I had to call code enforcement to talk to this unreasonable woman. the woman agreed to not cut down the tree but the next day, early in the morning, a team of tree cutters came to cut down the tree. I informed him what happened and he left. I felt bad for the guy, he was kind and considerate, unlike the woman working at Jaque and company. I guess they can have one star for being great for landlords in a way that they try their best to make as much money for the landlords and take from the tenents and neighbors of their tenents.

I have been doing business with Jacque since I moved to this area 10 years ago . I moved to Madera for a job and rather quickly had my life turned upside down due to crazy life events . Jacque and her office were super supportive and assisted my family relocate during a very difficult time . Fast forward nine years I still am renting from her. She is a wonderful person and I can't say enough great things about her . I see people complaining about things not being fixed but you must realize they are a rental agency they must get permission from the owners to do repairs and that takes time . Thank You Jacque for providing a safe place my family calls home for the last decade .

READ THIS WHOLE REVIEW***If I could give this company a negative 1 billion stars, I would. I am not one to review anything. But I personally made a yelp account to warn others of this incompetent company. Not only is the owner (JACQUE) unprofessional, INCOMPETENT(did I say that already?), and ABSURDLY RUDE... but she and her company are sketchy to say the least. Lets begin with our first encounter when she told me that our move-in date was the 15th. GREAT, I had a few people take off work to help me move into our house so it went smoothly. I called on the 13th to ask her when a good time would be to get the keys... She wasn't available. Never got a call back. SO I call on the 14th, and she said "Oh well you have to make an appointment in order to get the keys, and I am not sure if we will be able to fit you in" My first question is... "why didn't you tell me that when we were made aware of our move in date, because I have people taken off work in order to make this move". Her response...(drumroll, please), "well you didn't ask?" and that "it wasn't her problem"....... NEEDLESS to say, I went off on a rant to her about how incompetent her statement was as SHE IS THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY. So shouldn't she be the one to give me this info? She was so rude and abrupt and would only give me information when I threatened to call the owner(who I knew). When we moved in and the house was dirty even though they put off our move in because they were having it cleaned. Fast forward, when ever there was something wrong with the house, the only way to actually get anything fixed was to call the owner directly. They were full of empty promises on appointments to fix the heater, propane leak, dishwasher issues...etc. Here we are a year and a half later, and she wants to do a walk through since we are moving out. Jacque tells the receptionist to let us know she will be there between 1-3, so my boyfriend takes off work in order to be there. She never shows up, cause she's "sick". Then a week later they make another appointment same time, 1-3, again my boyfriend takes off work to be there. Guess what? She's sick again. NEVER shows up. (I think we may of forgot that she used that excuse already) (might I add, that both times Jacque or her "company" never called to let us know that jacque was not coming, they just didn't show up) Finally at 5 o'clock a receptionist shows up and takes 5 min walk through, and says "ok thanks". Next week, someone wants to come see the house, so jacque has the receptionist call and let us know the time they will be there to show the house. Great, got the house cleaned up in the midst of packing and once again, no one showed up. But WAIT, after no one showed up my boyfriend and I decide to go to dinner and the family viewing the house shows up, 2 hours later. But can you guess? Jacque and Company were not there to show them the house. So my boyfriends dad saw them outside our house and was nice enough to let them take a look around. Here we are one month out of the move in date, and we still do not have our security deposit back, and I went in to ask them what the hold up was and she said she sent it out at the 21 day mark.. which was Jan. 28th...It is now February 5th and there is still nothing. But the best part about me going into their office was the receptionist was relaying information from jacque who was 20ft away. I asked to speak with Jacque directly, and ONCE AGAIN she was "busy"(I cannot tell you how many times I have heard that from them), it wasn't until I said "okay she's still busy? well tell her no problem because I have no problem suing for double the security deposit" Guess who made a quick and swift appearance? Apparently they will issue a new check in 2 weeks if we still haven't received it.. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY. Trust me.

When you talk about a buisness that takes great care of you and makes you feel like family ..I think of Jacque and Co..great customer service all around ..you need something Jacque is there . Very heartwarming person and she is there always to help out !

This has been the most horrible experience ever...Jaque literally kicked us out for my tags being expired I had just barely got the truck fixed and running from being parked for a whole year of being homeless with my children. So she rented to myself and my daughter and my 5 year old son and she harrassed us for nothing everysinge week there was something she was complaining about it needed to enter the property for. We always complied with the agency so new owners came into the situation then we got a 30day notice to move after living there for 9 months only while being harrassed every week recieving (3-4) 3 day notices as well as a few 30 day notices. So now we are once again homeless thanks to jaque and company and as well she is slandering me and my family we have applied for numerous rentals about 30 plus to be exact since Aug. 18, 2019 and she will not do a rental verification at all I ha e missed the opportunity to rent several apartments or homes and dint get approved due to no rental verification but on my park we qualify. So now a agency in fresno Regency Management Company to be exact finally received a verbal verification nd I was slandered and cannot apply for any rentals at all what so ever through their company and I will be recieving a letter due to that explaining why. She is keeping us homeless and I have literally sent her tons if people I know to rent from her and her company and every single person I sent was done dirty just as I was currently. She has lied on several occasions her daughters are very rude and falsify that they as as just stated but I have them recorded and I am going to seek representation due to this I'll mannered company. This is the worst business I ha e seen in the county of madera. I will not stand for this type of injustice to keep myself and my family homeless. Mind you my other occupant was my 18 year old daughter who cant even get a rental l verification nd when did was slandered as well.

This is the worst realty company I have ever rented from, we have always been on time with our rent and been good tenants . She won't fix anything , complains about every little thing. She is never in her office and has the rudest front desk workers. So unprofessional and someone has damaged the house and now she is forcing us to fix it or get out. This was probably the most difficult and shady business and I would advise anyone to not rent from Jacque and company and george John .

I would advise anyone considering doing business with this woman to drive by one of her rental properties prior to contacting her company. To say the house I live next door to, and she manages, is substandard and the tenants live in squalor; roaches, mice, and all, is an understatement. Worse, she has been informed numerous times of the situation and chooses to ignore. Bad business practices!!!
