Amazing customer service, Jack, the owner accommodated to what I needed for a family member's birthday and he made it happen! We can't wait to take a road trip to Fresno and stop in to meet you all!! Definitely will be back! :)Thank you for everything!!!

10/09/24 I've had their cookies and they are Great! Tim to mix it up what try their ice cream! Another Great experience! Greeted upon entering and got the rainbow sherbet after getting to sample it along with that strawberry kiwi. Also got white chocolate chips and recommended graham cracker on it. Looks Great! Paid for it and received with good day wishes! Appreciated! Dinner! Great service & Great rainbow sherbet with great toppings! Highly recommended!

Bright and cheery place with friendly staff and quite the range of sweets and treats! Stopped in with the family to see what they had and we were not disappointed. Cookies, brownies, brookies! Everything. We ordered several flavors of cookies and a few brownies to go. The flavors were pretty good and the guy behind the bar was very friendly. Looking forward to coming back and trying the ice creams in the summer!

Hey there looking for a yummy sweet treat. Jacks Sweets is the place to go to located in North Fresno. I got that sweet tooth. The store was very clean for an ice cream, cookies, cakes, shake and other variety of desserts. The service was very prompt took my order right away. There was music playing in the background as well. The prices of the dessert items were priced reasonable for the area. Come on down to Jacks.

Cruising by on a hot summer Fresno day, and spotted a vibrant neon sign. My fiancée and I decided to stop by and give it a try....There is an assortment of ice cream cakes, cookies and ice cream flavors! If you have a sweet tooth, this place is definitely a place to check out.The scent as you enter smells like fresh warm cookies.... The ice cream is apparently made fresh daily! I got the snickerdoodle ice cream. The ice cream was smooth and melted in my mouth. Great neighborhood ice cream place!

Ordered from DoorDash. They didn't have exactly what I wanted in stock so sent a couple extra things to make up for it. Tried a bunch of different cookie flavors and all of them were pretty good. I would probably order here again. Still a couple flavors I wanna try from stuff they didn't have in stock.

There is one word to describe this place, wonderful! I went with my family after a dinner and chose to get their frozen ice. Sooo delicious and a nice add for people who can't handle lactose. However, my family got ice cream and mentioned plenty of times how amazing it was. "The best ice cream ever" said by my uncle. The vibes are wonderful and the inside is very pretty. The choices are great with options such as cookies, frozen ice, sugar free ice cream, and flavors kids will enjoy!

The family always goes here. Stop by and get Jacks autograph. Excellent choices and friendly.
