It's Jack in the Box. You don't expect the greatest service but come on. Avoid the drive thru since the speaker is constantly not working. They ask you to drive around to the waiting spot then proceed to forget about you. Do better please.

By far the worst jack in the box in Fresno!!! Came at 11 at night after a movie, half the menu was not available and spent 35 minutes in the drive through line!! This location either needs to get more employees, employees who want to work or treat their employees better so they want to work..... good luck to those who attempt to come here may the odds be ever in your favor

No one going in for FF expects 5-star service. But how about 1-Star? Is that a reasonable expectation? Not on Tue, July 2nd at 9:40 PM. The mobile app said the order should have been ready for pick up at 9:28 PM. I took my time getting over to pick up at the counter. This is what I experienced:1) ALL of the outside lights and signage were off. The whole space was blacked out.2) Upon walking in, NO one was up front or greeted me. I waited about 4 mins before calling out, "Hello?"3) After 4 more mins, the woman manager walked around the corner, shot her face at me and disappeared without saying a word. No hello, we will be right with you or ANY acknowledgment whatsoever...4) A few more minutes passed and I again called out, stating that I was there for a mobile order. Nothing...5) A cook could be seen through the pass through but said nothing...6) Then another employed appeared who was working the drive through. The manager again looked over and I repeated that I was there for a mobile order and "did you know your outside lights/signage were completely out?" She ignored me... so I pressed for a response. Her reply, "The are set to come on automatically and they don't have access." I said, 'you'll want to pass that along to your boss so they can set the timing as the store looked completely closed from the road.' No response.7) It was like talking to a zombie mental patient... so I pressed a bit further, "you know, YOUR communication here is really poor. You didn't bother to acknowledge my presence or reply when I called out. All you had to do was tell me you'd be right with me or to hang on, but there's nothing coming from you.'She replied, "I'm trying to count my drawer.." I'm thinking like what you can't chew bubblegum and walk at the same time? And a simple acknowledgment is beyond your ability? It was ridiculous and not professional. 8) The gentleman cashier was more interactive at this point and checked on my order, said that it was still not up. Finally, he handed me the order and wished me a good night.9) I ate in the trashed out dining room with sticky floors and tables.. debris all over the place and with no AC running. Or perhaps it was just out 87°?10) I got the bathroom code and entered another disaster area that looks like it hadn't been touched all day. NO paper towels either!I don't know, I'm FAR more likely to lift up and try to avoid negative reviews like this. But this location and the influence of this manager deserved to be called out. SUBPAR! I mean, aren't they all making a little bit more money now? Is expecting to be acknowledged at a bare minimum needy or entitled? I can definitely exercise patience when needed, but not being acknowledged does not prolong that exercise and by then the meal was 20 minutes overdue. Having worked in fast food and working my way up to management much earlier in life, it was a sharp contrast in the industry that once had promoted hospitality and professionalism. What a poor example this manager was in how to interact even minimally with a customer and BASIC expectations. The food finally came out almost 30 minutes after it had been ordered through the app. No explanation or apology was offered... and she acted bothered at minimal expectation of service. It's probably time to find another job when you become that toxic and indifferent.Sticky floors and tables? Who can't figure out how to rinse and prepare a mop properly? No paper towels in the bathrooms?? Does your staff not use the bathrooms or wash their hands??? What a poorly run location!The poor impression this place left, the rare urge to eat there diminished even further. And a simple, 'Hi, be with you in a moment escapes them!-G

Food is good but beyond SLOW. Management has decided to cut back on Staff and its at least a 20-25 minute wait. I was in drive through and waited 12 minutes then decided maybe going in would be faster? Guess again its been 14 minutes since i ordered and there are 3 people that were ahead of me that are still waiting? This seems to be the New Norm with Fast Food , Pay More Get Less and Dont Even think that Meal is going to come with Good Service. I believe the Higher the Wages Go Up the Worse this is going to be. So i guess either stay home and Cook or put up with this Crap!!!! After i posted this review i was sitting in the dining room when i seen this want-a be entitled white couple get up from there Table and leave an Absolute MESS ? I could Not believe them being probably in there 50s - 60s they would leave that mess knowing how Backed up the Employees were. All i could think is What are these People thinking or are they? Anyways there were other Tables dirty too obviously the trash had been on the tables for awhile but God would it of Killed them to just Realize how Stressful those employees must of been feeling? I went up to the Window and got a wet towel and wiped the tables and threw away the Trash on the tables the whole time thinking i Wish i would of said Something to that Couple. I understand why the employees are Backed up and People are having to wait. It comes down to Money and the company needs a Profit. It Doesn't Cost Anyone a Dime to Help out every now and then and from what i saw tonight they needed the help. To that couple that Left there Mess YOU SHOULD KNOW BETTER!!!!!!!!

3/4/23 Getting breakfast for tomorrow, Sunday! Drive-thru! Long line. Moved really REALLY slow! 2 Breakfast Jacks & 2 Pancakes ordered. A lot more waiting to get order. 3/5/23Happy sunday everyone! Heated breakfast. Breakfast Jack was really good! Fresh bread and tasty egg and meat. Cheesy goodness too! Mini pancakes were really good! Especially dipped in Mel syrup!Wish it didn't take so long to receive, but it was worth the wait! I know mother will feel the same when she gets up to have hers. Good service & good breakfast! Recommended!

I'd would just like to recognize Lisa at the Jack in the Box at Shaw and West. I have been coming to this local one for years now and she has always been courteous and always had a smile on her face regardless of what is going on back in the kitchen. She works her butt off and deserves a raise!

I tried to eat at the restaurant but all the tables were dirty. The customer service was horrible. I ordered ahead online and still took forever even when on the app was showing as ready. I asked for napkins to clean the table, they gave me ONE napkin. My taquitos were burned and really greasy. Not coming back never again. If you want to have a peaceful meal out of stress do not eat here .
