It NEVER fails something ALWAYS missing/wrong with orders at this location, literally last 4 times over a few months. I know, my fault for returning, but didn't think it was an every time thing! Tacos, egg rolls, fries, a new "Big smashed" looks like a big mac n they say twice the meat as Big Mac. Went through drive through, got home n "Big Smash" was wrong. Sourdough, two patties, cheese, a couple crumbles of bacon NO sauce or anything else. I went back to store and went inside only to wait for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me at the counter. The fry guy looked at me twice but never said anything to me or let someone know a customer at counter, cook saw me and nothing. Finally girl manning drive thru saw me and they said would make again. I saw him put two patties on buns but couldn't see the rest and of course when I got home it was WRONG AGAIN! No lettuce or middle bun like the picture and there was bacon on it - not what i ordered. I even said the "new Big smashed" like the big mac one! Fries were old, luke warm, n tasted like rancid oil. Another customer was waiting on tacos even though they had put more in the holding bin but no one at counter to help so when girl handed me my order I reminded her and she said "I know" and walked off.I honestly do not understand how a national fast food store can be so pathetic. NO we won't order anything but a taco or egg roll from her because they're premade frozen so hard to mess up. This store continues to spiral straight down the drain. Better to just close it.

We went there tonight for two chicken fajita pitas, the one item I have coveted at JITB for almost 30 years now. Whatever state I happen to be in, when I come across a JITB I almost always stop and grab one. When we got home, I noticed that neither had any visible grilled onions or cheese, a quarter-sized sliver of tomato and no side of salsa. To be fair, they were stuffed with a very generous portion of chicken, albeit dry and unseasoned.My dad had already started eating his, but mine was intact, so I decided to take it back for a remake. The "manager" (looked about 22 or so with frizzy, unnetted hair) started digging through it. He pointed out a small spot of cheese melted to the bottom of one side of the pita and 3 small raw onion pieces he managed to pick out of the ruins. He then proceeded to tell me that "well, unfortunately that's how they come". He continued, "I can make you another one but it will just be the same". I'm not sure how many seconds passed with me just staring into his blank eyes, speechless, but he eventually asked, "do you want one with extra onions and extra cheese?" I responded, "I really just want one that looks like the other hundred or so I've had over the past few decades". He disappeared behind the counter and returned about three minutes later with a new one which he quickly bagged. At least he included the side of salsa!In any event, this location should have been shut down years ago. Extremely poor quality control, extremely poor service (with lots of attitude). Crew, including the so-called "managers", are all epic morons. Reading some of the other reviews, it seems like they almost get a kick out of doing a lousy job and screwing over customers. This location is usually busy but everything comes out fresh, hot & correct. We waited in line for about 30 mins because they had a surge of orders I suppose. Usually have no problems. We ordered quite a bit of food including drinks. The food was not as good as usual but I believe it had to do with the amount of orders they had. I recommend going here but not during busy lunch time.

I really hope this location goes under. Waited 40 minutes in the drive through. Not sure if understaffed or slow, but the whole thing was a major drag. I finally get to order and I'm told that they stopped serving. I advised him I was in line for 40 minutes and met with radio silence. This place needs to do better and nobody here deserves whatever they are paid. I don't understand how you can be this slow and still be in business, especially for a place that prides themselves on late night eats. Terrible experience and I hope this place fails.

Terrible food service chat first of all I get there and I had to wait 5 minutes before getting attended and then the workers there had an attitude problem I ordered coffee they said they didn't have some but they were just too lazy to make it and then I ordered 2 boxes of spicy loaded tacos they weren't even loaded man they were plain and soggy and then I ordered 2 ultimate double "bacon" cheeseburger first of all it had no bacon what am I paying 15 dollars for a burger with no bacon should've gotten the 1 dollar burger from McDonald's at that point my fries were soggy by the time I got them and it's just a horrible place to go I don't recommend it if I could give it negative stars I would they don't even deserve one and I downloaded this app just to post this review I'm not even a picky guy

Very good breakfast experience around 9:30 am. Drive thru person, woman with glasses, was friendly and got the order right. Ordered the breakfast bonus. For $5 you get a breakfast Jack, hash browns and 3 French toast sticks. Great deal. Food was hot and fresh. Hash browns crispy. Went thru drive thru so ambiance was fine. Didn't see trash in the lot. Keep up the great work.

Worst customer service. Ordered a mobile order came through the drive through. The worker asked us to park on number 1. We waited for almost 35 minutes. Knocked on the door with no help. I had to walk to the window to get help again. When we showed them the order they hadn't even started the order. The lady at the door had the worst customer service. Yelled at my husband. Worst worst jack in the box ever

I can't even tell you how many times I've come here and something be wrong. But it's conveniently on my way home from work and usually it's something as small as not taking the tomato off the sandwich. Today I sat at the window after paying for at least 10 minutes and I'm not even exaggerating. Then when I get home with my food I realize they forgot 4 tacos and my 7pc jalapeño popper. After waiting in the drive thru line for that long I had no desire to drive back especially since i just worked 8 hours on my feet. And I know even if I were to call and say something there would be nothing they could do unless I did go back. I'm not a leave a review type of person at all but to lose out on $10 in food and more than 10 minutes of my time is really frustrating.

The Fowler Jack in box is horrible. The service is horrible especially coming from the manager area. No respect and not very helpful. They show no teamwork or any work ethic. There's probably 2 people that are very helpful and courteous and I believe there position is a team leader. I hope they fix that issue a.s.a.p cause I rather take my money somewhere where I'm treated with respect as well as the employees.
