We went during happy hour and it took about 25 minutes to get seated. Our server did lag a little to take our order but we weren't in a rush so it's okay. As a picky eater I did have to modify my pot and take out some things which our server told us maximum was 6 things we can remove. I got the J pot with medium heat and the pork belly as my meat. My friend got the Pho Real pot and for appetizers we got the popcorn chicken spicy. Food overall was good, the place did look a little run down but it was worth trying something new.

While in town during the holidays, we all wanted to try out this establishment for the first time. I was a bit concerned over the wait time due to a few of us watching a movie a day before and seeing the line outside around 6pm.Despite arriving around 515PM the wait time was roughly an hour for a party of 5.. We were however determined to try this place out. Upon entering, J-Tea was being made and sold so we helped ourselves to a few drinks during the wait. Delicious, the cups itself were pretty cool. Felt like it shouldn't be thrown away and could be reused ha!Once seated, we all had various appetizers and different types of hot pot orders with different spice levels (I believe J-Pot, Seoul Pot and Tokyo Pot), and boy were they noticable! Yikes, large servings! We were all definitely satisfied with our orders and will return again, but be more mindful of arriving early if we would like to eat at a certain time.

Came here for lunch on a Tuesday afternoon and although it wasn't busy we were asked to wait about 10 minutes. Once we got seated, our server was great! We order a couple of appetizers. I enjoyed the loaded gyoza, but they came to our table barely warm. We also order a couple of drinks. I ordered a HOT Matcha drink, but it was practically cold. It was a chilly day so I really wanted something hot. Luckily, the flavor was good.We shared one of their pots with chicken. We were asked what level of spice we wanted and since both of us like spicy we asked for medium. Wrong Answer! LOL. It was soooo hot that I had to ask for a side of rice just to help dilute the spice and eat some of the broth. So my advice would be to ask for low level of spice even if you think you can handle it, because their spice is no joke! All in all place was good, but I'm not rushing to go back any time soon.

So I had my concerns from other reviews about ordering on DoorDash. People said they were missing a lot and had smaller servings.However this didn't happen to me!I got a huge bowl and came with all the sides I ordered like the rice and noodles. Very good and spicy. Really hit the spot in the cold weather. Might order again to try another bowl.

We came here for dinner on a Sunday evening. We didn't have reservations but since we came earlier we were able to get seated pretty quickly . We ordered a dry fry pot with seafood, and a boiling pot . The boiling pot didn't seem to come with that much ingredients compared to other places that I've gone to, however the spiciness level and flavor was great . We also ordered the baked oyster and baked scallop with shirataki noodle in it. These were both super delicious and fresh. The skewers here are also so yummy !! We got the intestine , chicken, beef, and lamb skewer . We had more than enough food for two people and totally over ordered . They brought out ice cream with a candle and sang happy birthday for my birthday !! I thought it was so cute and fun . Great place for skewers and hot pot !

What a great spot in Riverpark.If you want hot pot, this is the place to come to! Always consistently delicious and excellent service.My go to is the Seoul Pot + rice + cheese, and wow so so good! There may be a line, since it is located in Riverpark--I suggest going early, but the line does go quickly (depending on your party size).

Service was great no complaints there Now onto the food: Appetizers were the best thing I ate there Popcorn chicken was crispy and amazing with the dipping sauces The beef skewers with soft and sweet The dry noodles were better than the j pot but even then they were really sweet The star of the show on the other hand (j pot) didn't have much flavor and the meat combination it comes with just didn't hit. My friend and I came on a rainy day last week to J Pot, located in River Park of Fresno. Here, they offer a myriad of choices such as the Seoul and Tokyo pot. You can customize your meat choices. The service was great, and the venue is very clean. The fruit bomb drink was fantastic, as are the sauces, shrimp chips, and fruits at the bar. The portions are quite generous, so don't feel as if you need to eat everything. Feel free to take the rest home and have it for lunch or dinner for the next day! 10/10

Absolutely one of my favorite spots in town! From the food to the service you can't go wrong here. Our server Brandon was absolutely fantastic and so helpful and kind. There was another worker named Roman who was also absolutely wonderful and checked-in on us during our dining experience and he wasn't even our waiter! The place is usually busy but the wait is never long. It's a great vibe and always clean. They have a great sauce bar selection and tons of soup option. I definitely have and will continue to be a regular.
