Suffered a flood in our kitchen that also affected our entire downstairs. Called Maria and John out. This is the second project they have completed for us. This was an incredibly stressful time for us as we had to move out of our home for the holidays. Maria, John, Daniel, and Alvaro completed the entire reconstruction and also helped with mold removal. This team was super supportive and completed the project quickly and we were back in our home before Christmas. They have become our go-to contractor, and I can count on them to get started quickly.

We had our circa 1979 bathroom and kitchen completely remodeled (FINALLY!). We had little idea as to what we wanted, so we asked Maria to help pick tiles and colors. She was wonderful in suggesting things and giving options. The team always showed up on time and were so professional. We ended up having them repaint the interior walls and update the light fixtures in the hallways and living area as well. We are so happy and impressed with the outcome. I feel like I"ve moved to a new house. Call them for a quote. They're the best. :)

I've hired this company for the second time. I had them remodeled both of my bathrooms. They turned out very nice and they were avale you do more practical adjustments to my bathroom within reasonable time and price. The communication is excellent, they can advise about how things will look better (ultimately they won't do anything you are not comfortable doing). They work hard and fast. This second job they are doing is the heart of the home. My kitchen. Future photos will be added. But so far I'm very happy with their work ethic and quality. You will not find anyone (I looked) that will give you better value for your money. Hugh recommend.

We called JJ for a small bathroom remodel. Maria got back to me that day and after explaining our dilemma she said they could start the next week. We met with Maria on a Saturday and construction began on Monday. The crew knew exactly what to do. I explained that I was extremely picky about the tile work. I was reassured it would be to my specifications. It was. The bathroom looks great! What I appreciated was that at the end of each day, the bathroom was tidy and clean. The crew was very respectful and explained everything step by step of what was done and what they expected to get done the next day.I HIGHLY recommend JJ 'LL Do It. And I have!

We had a broken shower pipe and decided we might as well remodel the shower and floor .We had a family reunion with 50 people coming in three weeks and JJ's came out the same day I called, gave me a decent bid which I signed and they started the demo that moment. My bathroom was finished in 2 weeks. My bathroom looks fabulous and the quality of work is outstanding. I will hire them again when I'm ready for the other bathroom and kitchen.

John did a bathroom remodel for us a couple years ago, I'm just getting around to posting this now as I saw this pop up while I was looking for a handyman. First thing I'll say is that JJ is the cheapest - by far of all the quotes we got for remodeling 2 bathrooms in our house. So if you have a really limited budget at least the work gets done. BUT I will say that you get what you pay for. Pros: cheap, gets it done, generally nice Cons: poor quality work, doesn't really contribute any ideas just does what you ask him to, doesn't stand behind his work. The bad experience we had is that we had to make every single decision and it really took a lot of time for us - he kept asking us to go get things, or that he needed something immediately and we had to go get it. But we could deal with that. What we couldn't accept is that when he finished remodeling our bathroom, which was functioning perfectly when we started but we just wanted a more modern look, we were left with 2 leaking sinks and a shower head that runs brown water every time we turn it on no matter when it was used last, as well as having water coming out of the shower head when it is only supposed to be coming from the tub faucet. It is just shoddy work. When we asked about the sink leaking on the day he completed the job, he got angry and said that it was just because the pipes were old and that they would "hopefully stop leaking at some point"but they were not leaking when he started. He argued a lot before eventually agreeing to fix the leak, but he did fix it in the end so that was good. However the faulty shower and tub remains to this day. We ended up being so unhappy with the work that we hired a more expensive company to do our master bathroom, and it was a night and day experience. We were relaxed and not worried every day about our remodel and the quality of the work is so different. Even just the tiling looks so much better in our master bathroom - something as simple as the edges of the tile being covered so you're not just looking at cut edges of tile. So, basically, jj will do it but not that well but for a cheap price. Like I said before, you will get what you pay for.

He will take advantage of women by over charging you! I got a quote December 2019 to replace 6 boards of siding on my house from water damage. The quote was $650. I needed an itemized quote and asked him to provide that, but he said he'd have to recheck it out. July 2020 he can back to look at the siding again. SAME 6 boards to replace, but I asked him to replace two more making it a total of 8. The new quote was $1,950. 3x as 7 months earlier. I asked what changed...his excuse was COVID. The price of the siding did not change (I checked at Home Depot and it's a stock item). What changed is he found out what I was paying for other jobs- ie. survey crew.... and thought he would jump on the ban wagon. Jon you are a crook! You want to pad your pockets at the expense of mine. SHAME ON YOU!

TOP QUALITY work. Honest and friendly people. No surprise costs. Jon and Maria's crew are all skilled craftsmen. Expertise in tile, paint, construction, and electrical matters. They remodeled our kitchen and two bathrooms. They also repainted most of our interior walls and re-designed our interior lighting. Maria knows interior design and helped us with color and design choices. We will definitely contact them again for future projects.

We own a rental property that was built in 1978 and never had been renovated. We hired J.J. 'LL Do It for both interior and exterior work. We initially met with Maria and JJ and they were extremely helpful in developing an overall remodel plan. We are extremely happy with the quality of the work, timeliness and value for our money. We are so happy with JJ 'LL Do It that we will be having them do remodeling in our own home soon.Flooring: demolished old tile and linoleum floors, pulled out a lot of carpet, and replaced it all with LVP. They did great job in patching and leveling the cement base floor, and put moisture barrier under the LVP prior to installation. They replaced old baseboards, did excellent installation of flooring and the overall effect is amazing.Kitchen: we kept the cabinets as they were still in good shape, but pulled out old appliances, tile countertops, old sink and flooring. Replaced with granite countertops, new sink, appliances, new backsplash. Beautiful installation job for all. We decided to paint the cabinets after granite, sink and floors were in, as they looked very old next to the new items. The paint work they did was outstanding. It ended up looking fantastic. I've seen other cabinet refinish jobs that didn't come out so well, but JJ and his team did a fantastic job. Also installed new satin nickel hinges/knobs. Always challenges with installing new built in appliances - they had to put in new shelving and electrical outlets, but did a great jobBathrooms: Saved cabinets with repainting as mentioned for kitchen. Everything else redone. They put porcelain tile on BR floors, that matched the LVP in the other rooms. Redid hallway bathtub surround and master bedroom shower. All new sinks, toilets, plumbing. Granite vanity countertops. New vanity lights installed. New exhaust fans installed. Both the master BR and hallway bath look fantastic. Tile installation with niches was top notch.Laundry Room: remodeled similarly to kitchen and BRs with salvaging and repainting of cabinet, new sink/faucet installation, granite countertop and new backsplash.Exterior: It had rotten exterior outriggers and fascia. Pressure washed exterior of house, came out very nice and can hold off on repainting exterior for a few more years. Old rotten fascia removed. Rotted parts of outriggers cut out and filled as needed with bond. New fascia and drip edges installed, painted. Exterior looks great.
