I couldn't wait to get on here and leave my five star review for Joe and his coworkers! My carpets look like new! Beyond that, which was the basic request, they went above & beyond by cleaning my hallway runner and door mats and wiped down the areas that have wood. I will call them and recommend them to people again & again!

Great option for those of you who live in the Tesoro area. My son spilled iodine from a science project on our beautiful carpet. I was ready to throw my whole house away. The spot was completely cleaned off. We had our living room and stairs washed as well. Looks good as new.

If you are looking for carpet or new flooring this is the place to call. Joe (the owner) and his team do wonderful work. They are timely, proffesional and very knowledgeable. Best of all, is they guarantee their work. I had my floors done a few years ago and recently had an issue on one of the stair steps. I called Joe and not once did he give any push back, or delay or have any issue with coming out, ordering a part and having his team come out to replace the step. Thank you for taking care of me after years of doing the original flooring job. I highly recommend J&M Flooring for your flooring needs.

The comment from Joe the owner is a joke. Your quote was a joke. To charge a customer 3 times more than what other 2 businesses quoted me. So no... I'm not dumb... your guy wanted to sell me his product and he insisted me to get luxury vinyl even though I told him from the beginning what I wanted. I did mentioned that I also wanted to change the carpet but in no way I was asking for an estimate on the carpet. DON'T BOTHER ON RESPONDING TO MY COMMENT!
