After years of neglect on my part, I finally took my ring in to be repaired and resized. I'm so thankful I chose Burgess Jewelers. Not only are the owners some of the nicest people I've ever met, my ring looks brand new. I can't recommend them enough for any of your jewelry needs!

Brought a sterling silver necklace in for repair. Was quoted 1-2 weeks, repair was done in 1 week. The chain needed a link repaired and cost to repair was $8. I only had card and they couldn't accept. The kind lady just told me to come back when I could to pay my bill. I was so pleasantly surprised that she was willing to let me do so. I went to the bank immediately and returned to pay.Great repair- looks brand new!Kind and friendly staff.Quick turnaround time.Thank you!

Jim and Sue are Master Jewlers and will work until you are satisfied. Just bring your jewelry in for a tuneup and make sure you don't loose your diamonds. It's worth having a quality professional give you a free assessment to keep you safe.

This is a jeweler that a local jewel. I have used them more than once. They are easy to talk to. They are fair and up front. They will tell you what they can do and it will be done when it is to be done. Their prices are fair. I would recommend them to anyone.

Just went today had my batteries replaced and one band sizes adjusted. Great service and price point. Went to the mall first stay away if ur just trying to replace watch batteries!!

I took in a necklace to have a broken chain repaired. They returned my necklace to me with two diamonds missing.

came here the first time and they had a fee customers they were talking to. completely ignored me. after a few minutes i left. tried a second time a year later. it is 10:24 am they open at 10:00am. but the door is licked, tried calling, no answer. i give up on this place. going back to Stephens

We have gone to Burgess as long as I can remember, they are the best that anyone can do business with.
