This is the worst retail store I have ever done business with. I purchased a top and tried to return it. First day I was told by the owners sister that I had to come back next day and talk with Owner, Sue Ward. I did, was told by owner no refunds or store credit given. This policy was not on my receipt, nor website or in store notice. Sue got very angry with me and my husband telling me to sue her that she was not going to refund me. She even had me call my CC bank for her to talk to them to verify that she had been paid! Which I did. Told us never to come in her store again. Finally after much arguing told us to come back in 3 hrs and she would give me my money. When I went back, her sister in law was there and said she called the bank and they told her to credit my credit card and she did. This was the worst retail experience I have ever encountered. :(
