Joe has unethical business practices. Paid for 9x60" luxury vinyl flooring, we received 7x48" which has a premium price.We lived out of town during our retirement remodel. Contractors picked up from Joe, and installed wrong flooring.Contacted Joe, he refused to provide cost difference, he stated "sue me"Cheaper prices at flooring liquidators with excellent customer service, providing me an invoice validation of pricing difference.STAY AWAY FROM ITALIA TILE AND MARBLE. Joe is aggressive and hostile to customers.

Beautiful showroom. Knowledgeable sales staff and a great selection of high end Italian porcelains. They have everything. Great choice to work w them.

Good selection of tile. Very helpful and prices were cheaper than nearby companies. The customer service went above and beyond.
