Kori is my stylist and I cannot say enough good things about her. She does the best job with my cut and color and is a pro with balayage. She is very detail oriented. I always leave loving my hair. I recommend all my friends and family to book with her. This salon has the best atmosphere! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly!!

I get my hair done by Mario and he is the most professional and fun hairstylist i've ever had! I look forward to everytime I come in to see him. A friend recommended me to intrinsic and I was nervous since i've had bad experiences with previous hairstylists, but omg... Mario made me feel respected, heard, and cared for. He's my forever hairstylist and friend now. The vibes at intrinsic are the best too, always playing fun music and decorated for the holidays

Kori did an amazing job on my hair. I just had a baby and had really let my hair go but she saved it and made it look amazing!

I called several places the week of my wedding and everyone was booked... The only salon that called back (Twelve Stones Salon) and the gentleman recommended Intrinsic... I called and the receptionist was super nice... she put me on hold to ask if anyone was available to do my hair and a few seconds later she excitedly said yes Carlos Adame would do my hair! When I walked in that Saturday first appointment of the day... I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist... he showed me around and told me about the art on the wall being from local artists! The decor was modern and eclectic full of life and beauty... I felt like I was walking into a New York hair salon... it was snazzy and gorgeous!Carlos was so thrilled to meet me and just made me feel gorgeous from the very start. He listened to exactly what I has envisioned and looked at the Pinterest photos I shared with him. He was very honest with me from the start reminding me that my hair being as short as it is and the girls in the photos had extensions... but he said he would do his best... AND WOW! Without extensions he designed my wedding hair EXACTLY like the photos! Carlos is not only talented but he and I became best friends instantaneously! He helped me start my day with so much laughter and joy!!!!! Thank you for being incredible Carlos!

Update: I had my hair done in the Bay Area, and now I actually think Intrinsic is way overpriced! And the colors I had were sometimes just off and didn't fit my skin tone.

Absolutely in LOVE with this place. Clean, modern, amazing atmosphere. The people make you feel so welcome and fabulous. Christopher is my go-to- stylist and everyone else is just as talented. I haven't gone to anyone else since I've found this place (and I found them almost 3 years ago). They make you look and feel phenomenal

If you are going to Christopher...He does a great job if you want a bob hair style, or possibly a older woman's "jazzy" hair cut. For me my last cut and color was atrocious! Went to my car and cried. He didn't even offer to fix it. I had to go buy a wig to even be comfortable in public until it grew out. There are quit a few salons in Fresno/Clovis out there. Maybe this won't happen to you but, is it worth taking that chance?

I just love my stylist Kori Sherman!! She always amazes me, with what she can do with my hair. I get so many compliments after, and love how healthy and shiny my hair feels after seeing her. You're the best Kori.

Intrinsic has been my salon since 2016. They have the perfect balance of artful vibe (music and decor), friendly staff that clearly enjoys and supports each other, and thoughtful service every time. Christopher Fiffe is my treasured magician of a stylist, but I've had shampoo, color, and blow out help from Mario Felix and Ivie Mendoza, too. I look forward to my monthly appointments and am 100% in love with their views on being a trans affirming salon, safe space for all, and FUN environment! Christopher and Lawrence Luna have created the perfect place: impeccably clean, appealing to a wide range of ages and styles in clientele, broad list of available services, and the right balance of class and fun without being snobbish or taking themselves too seriously.

Worst haircut of my life right before an important funeral. Self-centered stylist needs to get over themselves. Everything is not about you. It felt deliberate and mean-spirited to do such a cr*p job and it was so upsetting right before an important family event. Zero stars.
