Don't do it.I contacted and gave her a pic of my hair.I provided the 4NN/20 Dev (Sensitive formula) info. I provided info in text so she wouldn't have to write it down. Unfortunately, she didn't discuss my hair. I don't understand why it wasn't simple. She just kept pushing for the money. She pushed for Instagram. I already viewed instagram. The pictures were not modern. Many outdated 90's techniques. I gave her the benefit of the doubt, because maybe customers wanted those techniques. Owner very defensive. I don't know why communication didn't occur. I just know that I don't want confrontation from a stylist when communication is so much simpler.

I highly recommend Chansone! She's experienced and knows what she's doing. Especially with Asian hair. I wanted a fall look with bangs and I love my new do. Needed to get rid of the brassy hair. I was refer by a friend about this salon, since I was going through a hard time to find someone that can do Asian hair. I finally check this place out. The lady that did my hair her name is Chansone she is the owner! She did an amazing job! She's really sweet! I asked her what I wanted and she did it, she'll do anything perfect to make you happy! I recommend checking out her business!

Chan is Amazing!! Whenever I go to a new stylist I always feel nervous. But she made me feel comfortable and explained what she was doing so there were no surprises. She is a perfectionist and you can definitely tell she loves what she does and has been doing it for a long time. Needless to say I love my hair and can't wait for our next cut and color.
