It makes me so happy to again have a lovely florist in the neighborhood. For years there was a flower shop on the corner where I could stop to pick up or order flowers for various occasions, but they retired and the building stood empty. #InLove is now going to be my neighborhood florist. The store is convenient at Marks and Shaw. Service is top-notch. The flowers are fresh. The arrangements artfully designed as requested. They even sent me a photo of the arrangement before I went to pick it up.I like to go into a flower shop to get to know the florist and for them to see and hear what I want. Then, should I need to order by phone, they know what to do for me. I quite literally GASPED when I saw the bouquet my husband got for me. We are celebrating 13 years together and 3 years of marriage today. Every year he gets me beautiful flowers and he always tells me "I don't know how I'm going to top the next ones" and this year I was blown away when he walked in. They were incredible. My husband said he just told them the colors and a few specific flowers and they put together the most romantic and beautiful arrangement ! Thank you to the staff, I will cherish them truly.

Wanted to buy my wife some beautiful flowers for her birthday but I had a problem... I didn't have any cash or plastic on me (another story for another day) so I called several flower shops around town and asked if they accepted Apple Pay and all of them said no I was about to give up until I called this shop and they told me yes they accept itGot here right before closing was greeted by a nice gentleman I believe his name was Jorge I told him I was the guy who called about paying with Apple Pay and he said yes I remember but when I started telling him about paying with my phone he thought I was talking about a app called Venmo, I've heard of Venmo but never had an account so I immediately downloaded it and created an accountI looked at a few arrangements pictured on his phone he had a bunch of them to chose from I ended up choosing some red & pink roses, a nice Teddy Bear and a box of Ghiradelli chocolate then sent him the payment from the Venmo app, if it wasn't for this shop I would of been screwed! Man I gotta stop waiting to the last minute when it comes to buying gifts hahaha thanks again Jorge!

I was very please with the service. When I called I requested same day delivery. I was told they would deliver no later than 5pm. I needed my order delivered before 2pm. Somehow they worked a miracle and got my custom arrangement delivered before 1pm. I ordered my arrangement over the phone because I did not have time to do the custom order online. I asked them to use bright colors. I trusted their professional judgement and my mom was very pleased. Great customer service ...great quality... and great creativity!

Amazing service. I ordered flowers for my niece's graduation on their website. I prefer to find local businesses and happy I stumbled upon this shop. I called Jorge in the morning to make sure my order made it in the night before, he was on his way to the shop and asked to call me back. He did call back to confirm, which I appreciated. My neice received her flowers and balloons and they were beautiful.Support small businesses!!!!

This was the first time I purchased a sympathy flower arrangement at In Love Flower Shop on West Shaw. The flowers were gorgeous. They looked as if they'd just come in from the garden and were very fragrant. Ordering online was very easy and it was ready on time. The customer service was excellent and they boxed it with pretty paper for stability and helped me to the car. I will 100% return.

My sister-in-law ordered flowers for my birthday. When they arrived, some of the petals were already falling within a couple of hours as if they were old. It had a ton of greenery. When I texted her a thank you picture, my sister said the arrangement was nothing like what she originally ordered. To make matters worse, she had ordered both the flowers and strawberries through a 3rd party. The third-party notified my sister that this florist had received the strawberries to deliver to me. I never received them. When I called the florist to ask where the strawberries were, they claimed they don't deliver them and it should be sent to me by that vendor. All in all, a disappointing experience.

Sent a wilted bouquet for Mother's Day. The balloon was in Spanish. Seriously?????? she has sent me a lot of bouquets. This is the worst one I've ever received.

Thank you guys! Can't wait to gift these beautiful flowers tomorrow. I highly recommend this place.
