Indian Food Express

This Indian Food Express place is a mess they are very rude and no help to understand the menu item. My experience started bad when i kept seeing people coming in n out the food truck shaking hands and not properly sanitizing themselves after. My experience continued after I was done paying with card I ask for my recipe and the guy nervously with a smirk said No. After asking twice for my recipe he finally gave me one. I waited 25 minutes to get my food just to come back to my car and see that my order was incomplete there were a few item missing. They promised me my food came with rice and it didn't, my samosas were also missing they were just laying around getting cold. I will not be going to Indian Food Express again

Great food, excellent service, a good place to eat. The food was very delicious, rich, flavorful just like home made. the naan was so good my first time eating here and they didn't disappoint. my new favorite place, highly recommended.

A hidden GEM!!! Best Indian/punjabi food in the Fresno area! You can taste the freshness of the food and authentic taste! I have tried almost everything on the menu and every item is delicious!

My husband is very good at finding hidden gems like this one. The food was truly delicious. He and I picked two different meals, butter chicken and a sort of bowl meal with rice, cucumbers and chicken, we didn't understand the cook's accent but we got it nonetheless. Everything was well made and so savory. We definitely recommend this food truck.

I'm a middle aged white guy who loves Indian food. It might just be my favorite cuisine. I moved to Fresno from the Bay Area around 25 years ago and I haven't found great Indian food here yet. That all changed tonight when I ordered the tandoori chicken tikka from Indian Food Express--wow, I mean just wow! The chicken was tender, the seasoning was superb, and the sautéed onions and pepper garnish was perfect! This dish was pure gastronomic bliss! The garlic naan was also excellent. I can't wait to dive deeper into their menu!
