I felt the staff as a whole were kind and attentive. I was seen on time, the office was clean and professional. Dr. Grant was warm, welcoming and professional asking repeatedly if I was comfortable during the procedure. I would give 5 stars but when my Insurance had been contacted and I was told orthotics would be covered 90% I asked if there was a ball park figure as to what my out of pocket might be. I could get no answer what so ever and this was slightly frustrating when you like to be prepared for upcoming bills. All in all small in the overall wonderful impression and care in this office.

This review is so over due! Dr. Grandt is theeeee best foot doctor in the valley! I love that he knows what he is doing and he basically can tell you what's going on before you get a Mri ! But of cause you do get One if its bad.My husband has terribly feet problems (genetics) and dr. Grandt just helps my family so much. He is a very down to earth and great man. Not from California lol only complaint wish there was 3 of him! Lol

I think that the podiatrist and staff are excellent, but their office is quite some distance from my residence and i no longer drive.I thought that this practice has a new owner and is now called Stockdale Podiatry Group. HmmAlso, I received an automated call from their office to remind me of an upcoming appointment. The message also mentioned that after March (?) there would be a $35.00 charge for appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time. I am 75 and in poor health, so chances are sooner or later i would be hit with the penalty.Anyway, i cancelled the appointment and will find a new podiatrist. Penalties for being unable to keep an appointment are unfair, especially in this office where wait time often exceeds a half hour.Where's MY thirty five bucks?

Dr. Grandt and his staff are amazing! I have been going there for years and always get 1st rate service. I never feel like he is rushing to get to his next patient as he gives me his full attention and treats me with care and compassion.

This place has been good as far as the care, but unfortunately there never on time. I've been going here for 6 years now and I am never seen on my apt time. I usually wait 20-30 min after my time to be checked into a room then wait here even longer.. very unfortunate cause they do great work when your actually being seen.

I gave this Dr several chances and kept returning, thinking that this time my simple in-grown toenail would finally be fixed...Dr Grandt continued to worsen the problem and cut into my toe and remove parts of the nail in ways that made no sense at all. I have been to other Podiatrists in the past several times for ingrowns because I run a lot when my feet are healthy, but running so much sometimes causes ingrowns...i run endurance events and even with proper shoes your feet take a beating! but this doctor has made it so that I cannot run for over 6 months now!!!!...or even wear normal shoes AT ALL FOR THE PAST 3 MONTHS!!! the first time I visited they insisted on checking with my insurance to see if they could fit me with custom inserts even though I asked Dr Grandt AND the front office not to and they STILL called anyways, against my preference. I had already called my insurance, and I knew they would not cover it!...then they wanted to bill me for "assessing" my feet when I was there for something else and specifically asked not to call my insurance about it because I was not interested in inserts...i already have the right orthotics but they insisted on trying to sell me theirs...then Dr Grandt's go to fix it for my simple ingrown was to remove the toenail, and then when it became inflamed and I returned for a fallow up he was not accommodating with any explanation of why it had gotten worse...he simply tried to poke and cut into a red and painful toe with his metal clippers, AND WAS EVEN GOING TO CUT PART OF THE NAIL OUT WITHOUT NUMBING IT!!! It was painful before he even touched it, let alone poking and digging with his freaking clippers, i had to insist on him numbing the toe! EVERY SINGLE time i have gone to this office i have been patient and kind and given them the benefit of the doubt, just assuming that my toe was acting up...then it occurred to me that Dr Grandt is actually making my toe worse and after several visits, all of them very bad experiences with an obviously clueless "Dr" and a front office that is more than happy to go right along with the whole sham of over-procedure and over-billing...they sent me a bill and i called the office to pay it but they couldnt take it over the phone so i asked if i could pay it next visit and they said "sure no problem" then immediately sent me to collections! I WILL NEVER RETURN...and you should not even give this office a chance...I have never experienced a more awful Dr's office and If Dr Grandt were to ever move his practice to any area of California that was less good natured, he would quickly be sued right out of business...I am training to join the military and this Dr has delayed my entry process to the military for so many months now that i am at risk of falling out of qualification for my contracts with the military to join...i cannot even put a normal shoe on or go to the local recruiting office to continue with my requirements to meet physical screening test standards...visiting this office is more like a bad car salesman trying to force you to buy something u don't want when all you need is for the dealership to fix the new car you already bought from them.
