In-N-Out Burger

Woo Hoo! Brand new In N Out! This one just opened a few days ago and I just happen to be on my way down to LA to my home corp office. Normally I just blast down the 5 to LA but this time I heard there was a new In N Out in Madera, so I took the 99 instead. I timed it so I got here about 20-30 min before opening at 10:30am. Dang thee was a small line already to go inside. I wanted to see what the inside looked like of a brand new store, so we ate inside.The new location operated just like all the rest of the locations, fast and efficient! I ordered my usual Double Double with extra grilled onions animal style with animal fries and my friend got a Double Double Protein style, basically a lettuce wrapped burger. Cuttin those carbs ya know. Note on the animal fries: while animal style is FREE on a burger, it's extra when ordered with fries, prices seem to vary depending on location.The order was ready quickly as we grabbed a booth. The dining area was so new and shiny! My burger and fries were excellent as usual and my friend was impressed with his lettuce wrapped burger. I just love that first bite into an In N Out burger, close my eyes and let the mouth happiness begin! By the time we finished and back on the road, the line was huge! Refilled our drinks for a full drink on the road! Gotta love a In N Out!

1/21/24 Hot & New! Must try! Getting lunch for tomorrow! Drive-thru. Greeted upon entering! Line moved Fast. 2 grilled cheese sandwiches, no spread & onions added ordered! Definitely took a lot longer right after ordering. Luckily, it sped up and the worker was great & handed orders over after paying. 1/22/24Got lunch ready per usual and grilled cheese sandwich was fresh & delicious! Even better with the grilled onions! Mother said hers was "perfect!" Good service & Great grilled cheese sandwiches!Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, my order was wrong and the food was stale (fries and burger) despite there only being 3 cars, myself included--in line. I asked for raw onion and instead got no onions, I asked for light well fries and instead got lukewarm soggy fries. Class of 2018-2020 needs to do better. Hopefully this location improves, but time and better management/quality control will tell.

Finally got to try our new In N Out...the place looks great and ample amount of parking. Drive thru line looks long but goes by pretty quick. Same great taste! Same great Service! Did I mention it is affordable. Everything was delicious. I would definitely recommend.

New location in madera, been here a handful of times and 2 out of the 5 my food has been cold right from the drive thru window.. the customer service is great! Slow drive thru compared to others.

The restaurant was quite dirty. There was dirt on the floor, the tables were unclean, and the trash bins were overflowing. The restrooms were in a messy state, and the entire location desperately needs cleaning. Although there were caution cones everywhere, no cleaning was being done. The kitchen appeared busy, but there were no cleaners in the dining area. Additionally, the carpets at the entrance were muddy and filthy. Given the state of the dining area, it raises concerns about the cleanliness of the kitchen where the food is prepared. In-N-Out in Madera, CA really needs to improve its management to ensure that proper cleaning is done regularly. Cleanliness is crucial for both customer satisfaction and health standards. Very dissapointed with my visit to this location. Even if the food is prepared fresh and fast, maintaining cleanliness is crucial for ensuring the food is safe to eat. Plus, a clean dining area makes the overall experience more enjoyable and comfortable for customers. Regular cleaning and good hygiene practices are essential to keeping high standards in any food place. Left with shoes very sticky to the floor surface.

I've been twice in recent weeks and I'm so glad they located this store in my hometown. My favorite thing about In-N-Out is that their meat is never frozen, the potatoes for French fries are freshly made in house and the vegetables are always fresh and crisp. The best part is that I can get my favorite Single with cheese meal with a drink was $8.65 plus tax. No other fast food place comes close to that pricing here in California which for me, a senior citizen is much appreciated.

Best burger and fries in town. The one fast food place I can eat on keto and not put on weight. I always get the #1- double double with no cheese. Cheese is salty and over powers lunch.

Lines are long but service is fast! They have plenty of workers. They double and sometimes triple check your order to make sure you're getting exactly what you ordered. Oh yeah, it's more affordable than McDonald's and have fresher tastier ingredients. This place is awesome!! Glad we have one in Madera now!!

LOVE their burgers!Gave 4 Stars because this In-N-Out doesn't have the good lettuce like others I've eaten at.
