Surprisingly tasty and well packaged for a take out experience. The website was down so I placed my take out order in person. The wait wasn't too long despite the dinner rush. Everything came out hot and fresh. However, my drink was almost forgotten until I prompted it so I would double check all orders.*Thai Tea: the tea wasn't the strongest and it was a bit heavy on the ice and half and half. It would taste better if the tea was steeped for longer or made up more of the drink.*Edamame: good portion size for the price. These were steamed well and salted generously. *Tonkatsu Ramen: the noodles were on the softer side. The broth was creamy and thick. There was prominent and rich pork flavor and the aromatics shone. The egg was a tad overcooked but there was still a mildly gooey center. The corn and bean sprouts were average but the seaweed added some saltiness and subtle crunch. The chashu was tender but the cut was on the smaller side. There was subtle sweetness but the marinade could have been stronger. The broth was a stand out compared to other restaurants. Everything was priced fairly and the portion sizes were good. Although there were improvements to be made, this was a good option for take out and ramen.

I can never get a picture of my ramen because I eat it too fast! The best ramen in town hands down! This is coming from a huge foodie and ramen lover. One of the few locations in town that offers beef ramen. It's a tight squeeze in here but worth it.No more poki here btw

Our son had talked about this place forever and said how it was a must stop. We are so glad we made the trip, what a gem to find this place, it's locally owned and operated by some amazing ladies that rock this Japanese cuisine. Everything was delicious, the portions were excellent, the broths from all the ramen's and udon's were so flavorful. We had to start off the night with some Kimchi and pork belly, all I can say is wow! They have such an awesome selection on the menu, something for everyone. We stayed a little conservative with the spice level. I think next time I'll go a little hotter than mild. The service was fantastic, and provided excellent recommendations for our family that were newcomers. The ambiance is very cute, an anime character paradise. We will be back! More pork belly please! Thank you ladies, you made our night out memorable!

We started with the chicken gyoza, which was absolutely delicious, and the Thai tea--truly out of this world, almost beyond description. As for the ramen, it was undeniably good, but there was something peculiar about it that I can't quite put my finger on. While the egg was a standout element, the broth leaned too heavily on a milk base for my taste, which made it difficult to finish. Still, the experience had its highlights, and I'd return to explore more of the menu.

Visited this restaurant on a Sunday in the early evening. It is a small, cozy restaurant. We were seated right away upon entering. We were a party of two and sat at the bar. My boyfriend asked the server if they had the red pepper in the shaker (Shichimi togarashi) but the server said she was new and didn't know what that was and pointed at the chili oil. I ordered the kimchi chicken ramen, I appreciated the soft boiled egg. Overall, food and service was good. They have 65 types of ramen to choose from, among other things on their menu, so if I come back again, I'll try something different.

The ramen here is so good, I've had the Spicy Tonkotsu, Miso, and Milky ramen. I do like the Tonkotsu ramen broth the best. It's just so flavorful and rich. The Chashu is always cooked to perfection. Service takes a little while when they're busy, but that's not enough to change my rating because patience is key to a good experience. I love the wall murals here. If you're a fan of anime, the decorations add to the atmosphere.

One of the only ramen places in Fresno that feels genuinely authentic. With its Japanese inspired interior and popular Anime characters hand-painted on its walls, this place is sets a fun and welcoming environment when you walk through the door. Service is extremely attentive and friendly. Their QR code menu is vast and seems to have a dish for any type of craving! I try something different each time since they have so many options, and the last time I went I got a pork cutlet ramen. Since the cutlet is fried, its a little too salty when paired with broth. I recommend their curry ramen or spicy miso if that doesn't sound like your vibe. The best part of ramen for me is broth, and they have the most flavorful one you can get in town. Each bowl comes with plenty of toppings, with the best part being their cured eggs. The noodles soak up the broth without its texture being compromised. I hold this place deeply to me, and will always try to put my friends on. Everything about this place is so solid!

I used to love this place when it was on shaw and brawley. I was a long time fan. I went to try it again recently because i was missing the yummy milky ramen.I ordered two ramens one milky and one shoyu and an appitizer of takoyaki with two waters. They charge a 18 percent gratitudity tip now. My total was over 80! And the milky ramen had no flavor whatsoever i had to put so much soy sauce. Hows a food that supposed to be a humble mans food somthing everyone can afford now over 16 bucks a bowl and over 80 for two people. Do youself a favor go elsewhere hayachi has better flavor and price.
