If i would rate this business negative stars if there would be an option. Well let's start my husband called this company back in 2013 July so he could come fix our washer that broke . He said we needed a new one soo we bought one from this business. Then this year i had an issue with it and he came and told me that i had to replace the whole motor . My washer isn't rinsing well blankets his solution was to just wash the blankets in low soo don't add too much water . Further more i was having issues with my dryer too . Soo he said it would be better to buy another one . I did now the one i have is giving me issues ..i bought it used but has a 60 day warranty that has not expired .I called Tuesday to see if he could come check it ... schedule appointment for 3 pm i was waiting and after 15 minute nothing i called and asked if he was still coming he said he was running late.. he offered to come at 830 am the next morning i told him no 10 am would work soo i waited 15 min Called to see if his coming and he said he would be here 10-15 minutes. He hasn't show up or call .. so I had my husband called And they said they would come at 3 pm at 3:50 they finally came . Checked the dryer and said nothing wrong with it. I just have to use the dryer with the lint a little pull out , so I don't here the noise . I don't know maybe I get second opinion . If I was you I would completely stay away from this business. When it comes to schedule so they can come look at your appliance that you bought from them they don't come when they have too this happen twice back in July ..my husband had to call them so they could come . Now it's happening again .. then they tell you to call them back to confirm appointment like i call already and made the appointment why would i Call and confirm .. unethical. . My advice go somewhere else don't deal with this business unless u want to be left hanging with a broken appliance.

Why is there no option for negative stars??Ughhhh I don't even know where to begin! They sold me a broken washer lend us 2 more while that one got fixed, those 2 were broken as well. It's been 3 weeks since and nothing has been resolved. These people are just terrible business owners. No work ethic and have no clue about customer service and satisfaction.

This establishment does't know the word consistency. I spent literally hours making sure all the details were covered to only have them not follow through or change their mind after they already make an agreement with a paying customer. The son will pass you to the father, and the father will pass you to the son. One day one of them will claim to be the owner with the power to make decisions, then the other day the other will claim to be the owner or the previous person will claim their not the owner depending on what's more convenient at the moment when a decision is needed to be made. They make excuses regarding their delivery truck not working, though I have seen their red truck with a PAXX license plate filler delivering appliances throughout the week. If they don't make excuses regarding repair, they say they don't even have a truck. When you try to get both of them together to make a decision, the father walks off and starts cleaning the truck. If you don't speak Spanish, you'll literally have to bring a translator to know what they're saying in front of you or when the son decides he doesn't want to be available. They have failed the promised warranty and delivery. The appliances I purchased have not worked since the first day I've owned them. I would have provided the highest negative score available if it was an option. They already have a multitude of complaints on the BBA and a score of F.I strongly urge current and former customers of this establishment to contact https://www.bbb.org/central-california-inland-empire/business-reviews/appliances-used/ibarra-s-appliances-in-fresno-ca-89060279 and file a detailed complaint. The Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act statesA. My brother-in-law fixed my washer and dryer and found that the tub and motor were going out. Luckily he had spare parts from his business and was able to fix my washer. According to my brother-in-law, a trained appliance technician, "This guy sold you a piece of junk and if he knew anything about appliances, he wouldn't be selling these items. It was going to cost you more to fix it than to get a brand new washer"...STAY AWAY and don't be tempted by the Craigslist ads.
