I asked for a full headed balayage but ended up with stripes of brassy yellow hair on my root. She didn't even use toner after the rinse! I want to cry. Becca did my hair but I will not be going back. Completely disappointed seeing as I paid over $100.I asked if I could go back to get it toned and fixed but she said no, she couldn't tone it! Unbelievable!

If it's one thing I hate, it's BUSINESS's/PEOPLE who DON'T accept debit/credit cards. I'll give them credit for returning my call and squeezing me in, but it would have saved me a lot if the girl (Rebecca) had told me in the VERY BEGINNING of the conversation she ONLY ACCEPTS CASH and CHECKS. Many people my age in their 20's don't carry cash nor use a check book, im sorry but using my debit/credit card is more convenient for me, some people like myself just don't like going to banks and pulling out cash, I'd rather have the exact amount pull out from my account through a debit/credit card. I'm sure there are some hair stylist who take credit but not the one that was going to do mine. Businesses and employee's need to get with the times of accepting DEBIT/CREDIT CARD now. Very INCONVENIANT for me. Once again, if you get REBECCA, she ONLY TAKES CASH AND CHECKS!! BOO!!

I've been coming here for about 2 years now and maintain my 5 star rating. Becca does a great job. She accepts payment with debit/credit cards now, which makes payment super convenient. I read a review (and saw a photo) by another client that was unsatisfied, which was surprising because I've never had anything but good experiences, and I was referred here by another client who says the same. I recently saw Sammi while Becca is out and she was great too (Becca and another client recommended her). Friendly and professional, and she did a great job. I would recommend either of these stylists, and will continue to come here when I am in town.

I was referred to Sarah by another of her clients and she totally lived up to the hype. She was very thorough when asking what I wanted and walking through the steps we would take. I loved my cut and color and will be going back!The salon is nice and clean and Sarah herself is so much fun to talk to. I couldn't recommend more!

I am new to the area and finding a quality stylist is always a chore and stressful for me! Sammi was recommended by a friend. Still hesitant and anxious, I booked. Locks were in serious need of some TLC. Sammi was easy to book with, she was very accommodating and got back to me in a timely fashion! The day came and she was super sweet, knowing how anxious I was. The salon was empty, just her and I, but a great space nonetheless! Very inviting, clean and spacious. I can tell, when that space is full, its a fun dynamic. Easy to pay by card and she booked my next appt before I left, which I appreciated! Hope this helps! You're in good hands with Sammi!!

I love this place! I followed my hair stylist Sarah here and love it. Very cute Hair studio located downtown Merced. Very clean and the other hair stylist are friendly. The other review saying they only take cash or credit is dumb. Sarah takes card and makes it super easy to tip also!

Sara O'Bruba is an excellent hair stylist! I can just take some pictures in and she helps transform my hair and recommends the right products and styles. She also does a great job on my husband's hair. I recommend her to anyone who asks. So many people I know go to Hue to get their hair done - it's the happenin' place in Merced. Professional environment, and extra touches like beverages and top notch products.

The nicest salon in the Merced area by far! Sammi Freitas does my hair & she is awesome! She is passionate about her trade and that goes a long way!
