Houston TX Hot Chicken

This place is amazing! I will be honest, my boyfriend and I found this place because Annesso's waitlist was way too long. I'm glad we found this place. First walking in this place the place was almost as if you were in a rave without having the rave. The manager was the person who helped us at the register noticing we were new to the restaurant. We order the Chicken sandwich and tender, the flavors we decided on was buffalo, medium and honey butter. Food came out fast and hot. The sandwich flavor I got was buffalo and HOLY COW was it amazing!!! I wish there was a little more cole slaw in my sandwich (just because I don't mind it being i. my sandwich) but let me tell you, the chicken was NOT dry. The buffalo was spicy but had good flavor. I would definitely use the extra dipping sauce they give you with your meal. The honey butter tender is always a safe choice but after the sandwich it's probably safe to say the rest of their spice levels will be just as delicious. 10/10 would come back.

2 out of 5. The positive is that they have great customer service, lots of seating, and clean restrooms. The not so positive is the portions, lack of taste, and the high price of entry. By this, I mean your total to feel fulfilled. We got their Original Chicken Sandwich with no spice and another with mild spice. The brioche bun was not special, the battered chicken was a bit below a local mid-level fast food competitor (that isn't known for their chicken,) and the sauce was odd, to say the least. Granular, to say the most. The fries looked flavored but didn't deliver on that mark, though were crispy. The coleslaw and pickles may have been the highlight of that dish. We also picked up a side of 5 a la carte nuggets. The nuggets had to weigh 1.2 oz after frying. The amount was so little, it disappointed my teenager immediately. Lastly, the strawberry hibiscus drink (they also have a freeze) was really good. The total came out to $55 not counting gratuity. Suffice it to say, we were overall dissatisfied and disappointed. The coolest thing to come out of this was exiting the restaurant to an orchestra of hail!

So delicious! My husband and I came back twice and I think this is our new spot. Highly recommended. Can't wait to bring the family back. The honey butter is yummmmmm. Staff is so nice too. My husband said this is the best spicy chicken sandwich in town!

I got there and ordered right away. I ordered the original chicken sandwich. It comes with pickles and coleslaw. So delicious and hot!! The chicken was spicy and juicy. Freshly made. The fries were freshly made too. I was so hungry I devoured everything. I almost didn't take a picture. I also got me the delicious strawberry hibiscus lemonade slushy!! Perfect for this hot sandwich and weather. Highly recommend. The service was so quick and they were friendly. They have a variety ofDifferent levels of spicy on the chicken. They also have chicken tenders. They have just plain no spicy chicken. For the kids.

First time trying and was so excited to get it. Had the loaded fries definitely wasn't loaded chicken had no flavor and asked for the house sauce on the side was definitely glad I did. The House sauce was sweet and tasted like spoiled milk product. Also tried the original spicy sandwich was drenched with the House sauce and the bun wasn't toasted at all, the chicken was flavorless. Even with the house sauce. So so so disappointing the chicken was flavorless. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

This was a bit of drive from my house in Clovis, but well worth it. Staff were super nice and decor was cool.I had the cheesy hot chicken sandwich with mild heat and fries. It was excellent, chicken cooked perfectly and the cheesy sauce was awesome. My wife's Southwest chicken salad was a pretty big salad with a generous amount of chicken all cooked perfectly. Would definitely make the drive again and wish I lived closer.

Good quality chicken, generously spiced, and flavorful! The house sauce is on the sweeter side. Cashier was very nice and service was quick! The inside was very clean and well kept.

Love it! I ordered their original hot chicken sandwich with a tender, and my partner ordered just the original hot chicken sandwich. They both come with fries. Value-wise, adding a tender is definitely worth it.Flavor-wise, the sandwich looks better than any you can get from a fast food chain, and it was incredibly moist. I had a medium spice level, and it was absolutely delicious.The service was awesome; however, some of the dine-in booth tables were a bit greasy. It would be nice if they cleaned up every time after a customer used them.

The food was surprisingly good. Brioche bun was very soft and well-made, no changes. The chicken was tender and juicy, breading was not too spicy but well flavored. Was not as crunchy as other chicken places, but instead the chicken was very soft and moist. $13.99I really enjoyed the coleslaw Which was made with fresh cabbage, crunchy not too soft or sugary.If you are a soft chewy non crispy fry person, you'll love these fries.Also tried the mondi drink Which was a mixture of frozen berry drink like frozen lemonade, blueberry, cucumber watermelon, strawberry hibiscus mixed with their soft serve. $599.What is a little sweet, But overall very enjoyable drink.The man who took my order seem to be the owner or manager. He was very well put together, patient and knowledgeable. However the order did take a long time. At the same time, the food was done almost as soon as the order was completed so there is no complaint.

Food was amazing, the service was great food came out fresh and fast would definitely be coming back maybe making this my go to. The store vibe was great the lights were supper cool good music playing, great outdoor space is supper nice
